I am Neapolitan and I spent a weekend in Rome. This place is completely touristy like 99% of the places in the center of Rome, or near points of interest. In fact, it is crowded with tourists, you wait 10/15 minutes in line. But it's worth it: I know how to eat a spectacular carbonara!🤩 It's touristy, but done well. It can be done. 😜

30/08/2024: Historic neighborhood pizzeria. Rather anonymous fried foods with questionable dimensions (a 5 cm courgette flower is not a nice presentation, at most it would be worth serving 2 with a small price adjustment). Very good thin crust pizza. Very attentive service and excellent courtesy. What left a bad taste in our mouths was the price of the beers (bottled only). A 66 cl Menabrea which costs 1.5 euros in large-scale retail trade (certainly less to a retailer) cannot be sold for 8 euros with a mark-up of over 500%....this is truly an absurdity which has greatly influenced our initial discreet opinion
23/08/2024: typical Roman hosteria, where you can eat as if you were at home, genuine products, Roman cuisine but not particularly heavy. A true classic to eat with gusto and satisfy your gluttony!
