Cappuccino e cannoli davvero ottimi, come già avevo avuto modo di apprezzare in passato.
L’esperienza ai tavolini esterni, però, potrebbe essere migliorata: la presenza di piccioni, piuttosto invadenti, non rende piacevole la consumazione.
Inoltre, il servizio all’esterno era gestito dalla stessa persona della cassa, e questo ha comportato che i tavolini non fossero sempre puliti come ci si aspetterebbe.
Sarebbe un vero valore aggiunto avere una persona dedicata esclusivamente al servizio esterno, così da rendere l’esperienza ancora più gradevole.

Ogni volta che torniamo in questa caffetteria è una conferma: dolci sempre buonissimi, caffè impeccabili, tutto fresco e curato. Anche il latte di mandorla è una delizia, preparato con attenzione.
Un ringraziamento speciale va a Pietro, il ragazzo che lavora lì: sempre attento, professionale e gentilissimo. Si ricorda le nostre preferenze, prepara i cannoli al momento con crema fresca (e che bontà!), e riesce a trasformare una semplice pausa caffè in un momento speciale. Quando c'è lui, si sente davvero la differenza.
Complimenti sinceri a tutto lo staff, ma un grazie di cuore a Pietro da Marzio e Valentina – due clienti affezionate che apprezzano ogni piccolo gesto. Siete il top!
