The setting alone is worth a visit, as there's nothing like it around. The service is excellent (even aesthetically pleasing). And the chef has managed to add a touch of originality to an ambiance that has always been original. Well done Gianluca and Letizia!

I went to this restaurant last night with some friends and had a really positive experience. The food was very good: I had a well-cooked and tasty first course.
The waitress, Nicole, was extremely professional, kind, and attentive throughout the evening.

Tasting dishes, not for those who want to gorge themselves. Beautifully prepared. However, due to the many reinterpretations, some dishes tend to be too elaborate in flavour.

During my stay at the Hotel Des Alpes, I took advantage of the outdoor restaurant, La Canisela, a few evenings, because I had enjoyed it so much in previous years. I must admit that, if anything, the quality of the service and food has improved even further. My compliments!

We were looking for a place to eat after the hotel where we were told they didn't have any places for dinner 🤔, and so we came across this wonderful restaurant which, in addition to the delicious food 😋 the impeccable service, also has very fair prices🤗 We will definitely be back 🤗

A truly positive experience. The place is elegant and very quiet, beautifully decorated. They serve top-quality meat, but not only that. Impeccable service. It's a shame we could only go one night.
