La Caneveta In Barbarano vicentino

We stopped in this wine shop by chance on a Saturday at lunchtime and it was an unexpected surprise: from inside and outside the place is typical of a village bar/tavern, enriched by exceptional service and excellent food. We tried ALL the cicchetti including meatballs, fried courgette flowers, canapés but a note of merit absolutely goes to the mozzarella in carrozza with cod! The manager is friendly and very good at his job, including recommending dishes (and preparing them), but also taking care of the customer: we had asked for mozzarella with cod, he had brought us one with pulled pork (also good) and he was immediately available to offer us the one with cod. Good guys!

What an oasis on a hot July day cycling through the Veneto plain. Great food, brilliant non-alcoholic cocktails (sure regular cocktails are good too!). A delight. Strong recommend.

We discovered this particular place while surfing the net, looking for a meeting point for an aperitif, a quiet environment. It was a nice discovery: the restaurant, located in a charming corner of the Berici Hills, is managed with a skilful combination of familiarity and professionalism. You immediately feel at ease, welcomed with kindness and without any pretense; the staff proved to be up to the task, always courteous and smiling. The quality of the products is good, standing out for its freshness and variety. The cocktails are always well-measured and served with attention, accompanied by a vast selection of appetizers, sandwiches, small sandwiches, fried foods and accompanying plates. The restaurant also offers an excellent lunch offer, which however we have not yet had the opportunity to try. We have returned several times and have never been disappointed. Highly recommended for those who want to be pampered in an atmosphere of total relaxation.

Abbiamo scoperto questo luogo particolare durante una navigazione in rete, alla ricerca di un punto d'incontro per un aperitivo, un ambiente tranquillo e di. È stata una bella scoperta: il locale, situato in un ridente angolo dei Colli Berici, è gestito con un sapiente connubio di familiarità e professionalità. Ci si sente immediatamente a proprio agio, accolti con gentilezza e senza alcuna pretesa; il personale si è rivelato all'altezza, sempre cortese e sorridente. La qualità dei prodotti è buona, si distingue per freschezza e varietà. I cocktail sono sempre ben dosati e serviti con attenzione, accompagnati da una vasta selezione di stuzzichini, tramezzini, piccoli panini, fritti e piattini di accompagnamento. Il locale offre anche un'ottima proposta per il pranzo, che tuttavia non abbiamo ancora avuto l'opportunità di provare. Siamo tornati più volte e non siamo mai rimasti delusi. Consigliatissimo per chi desidera essere coccolato in un'atmosfera di totale relax.
