Small but well-finished place. It doesn't have many seats available but the tables are spaced further apart than usual. It offers excellent typical local cuisine with average prices. Luckily we booked the table, for lunch and on a weekday, so we found a place.

Magnificent restaurant visited at the same time as the Palmanova Fortress. The premises are intimate and very pleasant, the service discreet and attentive. The menu is not too extensive, which is a very good sign, and offers seasonal ingredients. The pasta is homemade (we tasted tagliatelle with two asparagus and ravioli with clams) and absolutely delicious. We finished the meal with a specialty from Friulia, Gubana. Wonderful.

From our entrance the impression was very positive, welcomed by a jovial owner. The food is exquisite, creamed cod with polenta, tagliatelle with radicchio and fish tortelli accompanied by an excellent still Ribolla from Collio. To finish, accompanied by the coffee, delicious local sweets. Highly recommended

08/06/2025: We ate: Cjarsons melted butter and ricotta Battery of soft wheat flour and potatoes with a filling of walnuts, pine nuts, fresh ricotta, sultanas, spinach or seasonal herbs. Served on cinnamon and flavored with butter and ricotta. Frico di patate con polenta Melted cheese and potatoes.

Osteria Da Nice

02/05/2025: Both the Molise dishes and the game are excellent, the staff very kind. The slightly longer than average waiting times for dishes are more than compensated by the quality of the food.
04/03/2025: Cozy place with a beautiful fireplace and a stove to create atmosphere. Excellent seafood starter, tagliatelle with game ragout and spaghetti with trabucco (seafood). The welcome aperitif and the homemade grappa offered by the knowledgeable and very kind manager, Giuseppe, were greatly appreciated. It's nice to find someone so young investing enthusiasm, professionalism and time in this profession in the midst of these mountains.
