Good but not great, a nice farmhouse near San Gemini. Upon arrival it was packed but despite everything we were quickly served. A house starter that's a bit disjointed and without that touch you expect from similar places, in short, all too commercial. The wild boar first courses and the Sangiminese specialty were normal but my truffle tagliatelle really left me speechless. Pasta bordering on being overcooked with too much cooking water soup which didn't allow it to bind properly with the truffle sauce that was made and remained on its own on the plate, in short I ate plain pasta. I count in the norm.
