We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, before returning from a trip to the nearby Euganean Hills. Four of us had lunch there, and even though it was a little late for kitchen hours, the owner welcomed us calmly and kindly!
We also appreciated the table service, which was very professional and polite.
The dishes we ordered were very good and presented with great attention to detail. The prices were reasonable and justified by their workmanship.
Furthermore, after paying the bill, the owner showed us his cellars, which were very personal and meticulously maintained.
Exchanging a few jokes and smiles, we said our goodbyes!
If we return to this area, we will definitely return. So... See you next time!

Last weekend we came to this restaurant in Due Carrare to celebrate the confirmation and communion of a relative of mine.
We chose the menu, the same for all the guests:
Appetizer: Puff pastry tarts with butter and spring vegetables on pea cream.
First course: Risotto with asparagus and morlacco (almost absent) and crispy asparagus
Course: Guinea fowl breast on celeriac cream and sorana fillet in bread crust, Balsamic mixed salad and Potato millefeuille.
Pure fruit sorbet by the spoonful, refreshing, delicious and non-alcoholic. Diplomatic cake, prepared by an external pastry shop (Venti2).
The restaurant itself is small-medium sized, refined and elegant, decorated with modern paintings. The garden is also nice, perfect for spending the afternoon in the cool, in spring and summer, with both adults and children. Always in the nice weather you can eat outside (luckily far from the overpass).
Decent service, young and helpful waiters, but not very coordinated with each other.
Medium-high price, but adequate for the quality, refinement and freshness of the dishes: everything prepared at the moment, no frozen ingredients.
Overall, everything is good and the location is also beautiful!

Sunday 18th May I celebrated my daughter's Communion and Confirmation, what can I say Roberto is a wonderful person, kind and helpful right from the interview for the estimate. We ate very well, accurate, present and kind service and all the dishes were hot and cooked perfectly, which is not to be taken for granted. Thanks again to Roberto and all his staff for the wonderful day he made us spend and again many compliments, highly recommended. See you soon Pierpaolo and family

Appena terminato di visitare il carinissimo Castello del Catajo volevamo gustarci nelle vicinanze un pranzo gustoso ma leggero ...e ci siamo riusciti.
Locale grazioso e pulito, personale cordiale (anche se non proprio velocissimo nonostante il locale fosse parzialmente vuoto, ma non avevamo fretta). Molto graditi nell' attesa il cestino con diversi e gustosi tipi di pane.
Abbiamo ordinato la battuta di sorana con le verdure e la guancetta di vitello con la tropea caramellata : non è rimasta una briciola nei piatti ! ...e mentre aspettavamo ci è stata offerta l' entrèe di benvenuto : una vellutata di carciofi con chips di zucca, molto appreezzata, come pure il vino (cabernet) della casa. Onesto il conto.
Se ci venisse chiesto di trovare un difetto a tutti i costi direi che il locale non è molto luminoso e 1-2 gradi in più non avrebbero fatto male, ma questa è una opinione personale e rimangono comunque i complimenti.
