We found ourselves in this place, brought by friends. A slightly fancier trattoria/tavern with well-laid candlelit tables. The place is family run. We were carried away by the cheerfulness of the restaurateur, who advised us whether we wanted to eat land or sea and as good people from Salento we answered both. Course after course of starters only and after two minutes we had lost count of how many dishes were on the table (photos will follow). Then we continued who between a first course and bitter fried food and coffee and courses of desserts and to finish we were also delighted with a regenerating lemon 🍋 sorbet. The bill was a surprise. I can only tell you that we were under thirty euros per person. The size of the first courses was crazy, three of them could practically eat. Fast and local service located on two floors. Let's say the only flaw is a small elevator that they use to transport supplies which made a lot of noise for a few seconds when it was activated, I think due to some malfunction. But nothing too catastrophic. We had with us a little girl with celiac disease who was treated very well by the owner where she was advised on what to touch and what to avoid and subsequently the dish cooked especially for her was not the usual pasta with sauce, which many restaurateurs present. However, in my opinion, you should still make a reservation to secure your place... Polite and friendly staff. Highly recommended, I can only say continue to follow me on my travels, for other delicious places.

Welcoming environment...a little uncomfortable going upstairs due to the stairs. Decent food...we've had the same menu for years...affordable price.

If I could I would give 10 stars, not five. I have known this family for years and I am honestly amazed every time at how these people are able to create a corner of peace, where you can find smiles, kindness, joy and tranquility. In addition to delicious, genuine food, cooked with passion and with the desire to satisfy those lucky enough to sit at their table. I could stay here describing the smiles of Ruggero, Angela and Elisa, as well as the rest of the team, for hours. I could do the same for their dishes, exquisite, abundant, cooked with raw materials that recall the territory in a way that cannot be done better. But at the end of the day this family can easily do without my words. I hope this review will be useful to anyone who has a doubt: do yourself a favor, stop by here and treat yourself to a moment of peace and contentment. In short you will feel like and better than at home.

Beautiful setting, friendly staff and top boss. The cuisine is a delight for a very attractive price. I recommend!
