07/03/2025: As a master chef with five decades of experience in fine dining, I can say with conviction that this restaurant sets standards in Puglia.
The first impression was already promising: an attentive, friendly and professional service that acted with natural courtesy. Particularly positive is the small but nice gesture of offering a Prosecco with the amuse-bouche - a sign of hospitality and a sense of detail.
The dishes served were consistently of excellent quality. The tuna tartare with green apple impressed with its perfect balance of freshness, acidity and umami, while the pasta dishes were prepared to perfection - with technical precision and taste finesse. The absolute highlight, however, was the confited pork knuckle: wonderfully crispy on the outside, tender as butter on the inside and full of flavor – a true masterpiece of culinary art.
The portions are generous, so that even passionate connoisseurs hardly have any space left for the dessert creations. Anyone who dares will be rewarded with a masterful patisserie. The wine list is excellently curated and offers an exquisite selection that harmonizes perfectly with the dishes.
In summary, this restaurant is one of the best I had the pleasure of experiencing in Puglia. It combines perfect craftsmanship with authentic cuisine and service that puts the guest at the center. A big compliment to the entire team – gastronomy is practiced here with passion.

In the first moment, the accoglienza is stated: a service attento, cordiale and professionale, caratterizzato da una cortesia naturale. Particolarmente apprezzabile the gesture of offering a Prosecco in accompagnamento all'amuse-bouche, segno di ospitalità and attention to details.
I always ensure excellent quality. The tartare of tonno with mela verde has been conquistato with the perfect balance of freshness, acidity and umami, part of the pasta is prepared with a precision artigianale and a raffinatezza of sapori. The vero protagonista, però, è state the stink of maiale confit: croccante all'esterno, incredibilmente morbido all'interno e ricco di gusto - a vero capolavoro culinary.
Le porzioni sono abbondanti, tanto che i più appassionati buongustai avranno difficoltà trovare spazio per il dessert. This osa, però, has a prize with the creations of high pasticceria. The carta dei wine is curated with maestria and offers a selection excellently, perfectly abbinata ai piatti.
In other words, this restaurant is one of the best places to visit in Puglia. Unique perfection, authentic cuisine and service that meets the client in the center. A great compliment to the team – the gastronomy is a real passion.
01/01/2025: Large and well furnished room. Very characteristic. Courteous and professional staff. Very good and well presented food. Average prices. A little more abundance in the first courses wouldn't have gone amiss (they were really good).
