La Cambusa In

We have been dining with them several times for 10 years now. Their starters and fish dishes are excellent, accompanied by an excellent sparkling wine, served by attentive waiters who, like the owner, are always very professional and friendly. If you end the evening by tasting "La Pastiera Napoletana", prepared by the owner's wife, I think you will ask for a piece to take home. The prices are in line with the market and the always full tables are a confirmation of this.

Novembre non è il mese adatto per godersi la bellezza di questo bellissimo paese con antiche memorie storiche e bellissime spiagge. Ed essendoci venuto per dei lavori in casa, alla sera da qualche parte bisognava pur andare a cenare. Da una ricerca, locali aperti erano pochissimi ed ho deciso di provare uno nuovo per me : “La Cambusa”. Piccolino, pochi tavoli, ma carino, caldo e tanta cordialità del personale. Accolto da Salvatore, il proprietario, mi ha dato un tavolo predisposto con signorilità classica ed Erion educato e sorridente, mi ha proposto un menù a base di pesce. Ho scelto “ Lasagnette con sugo di Scampi alla Busara”. Di una bontà rara , un gusto tipico degli scambi e la cottura perfetta, fatta da Antonietta, la chef del locale. Poi un ottimo dolce, una catalana, presentata in modo originale. Guardate le foto e vi convincerete che la Cambusa merita una visita. Solo un suggerimento, che non toglie nulla al gusto squisito : gli scampi è opportuno tagliarli almeno sul carapace, se non anche sul ventre, per facilitare l’accesso alla ottima coda. Tornerò sicuramente, anche perché il costo è stato del tutto adeguato.

We were a group having lunch outside in early November sunshine. The restaurant kindly put together a delicious seafood salad and a selection of mains, all of which were delicious. We were particularly delighted to see an Italian lady of a certain age enjoying a 3 course meal with wine, on her own. Life goals. The staff were really attentive and professional although we couldn't quite manage the "melon cello" that they offered us as we left. If you wondered why some of us didn't eat the salmon in the salad, several of us are fishermen/women and we no longer eat farmed salmon as it is destroying the species and our seas. We recommend you find a good trout supplier.

An excellent spaghetti with seafood, very kind and professional staff... sun and spring temperatures... on November 1st... perfect!!!

Locale molto carino poco distante dal mare a Grado, in cui abbiamo pranzato in uno dei tavolini esterni e ci siamo goduti un buon pranzo a base di pesce. Il cibo era buono e le porzioni anche abbondanti, tutto accompagnato da un mezzo litro di bianco della casa. Abbiamo provato i primi consigliati del giorno (le Bavette Busera con scampi), dopo un antipasto misto della casa da dividere e dolce, che forse potrebbero essere meglio e non sono stati buoni come il primo. Il personale è gentile e molto attento e preciso, oltre che disponibile a spiegare i piatti tipici della zona ai turisti. Il prezzo è nella media, considerando anche il luogo: pensavamo a un locale turistico, invece con un antipasto, due primi, due dolci + acqua, bianco della casa e caffè, siamo rimasti sotto i 100 euro.

Finest food of the best quality, you can't go wrong here! The staff is friendly, the atmosphere (outside) is more pleasant than many other restaurants and therefore a reason to come more often.

Excellent service, excellent waiter, communication in multiple languages ​​is excellent, food is also good, but the service ... a real positive surprise.

Everything perfect! We stopped to ask for a dish for our child and they immediately provided us with an excellent alternative to the menu, something that seemed impossible in other places! Instead we ate an excellent pasta with clams! Qualified, trained, smiling and super helpful staff! We highly recommend it!!!
