Time passes but it is still one of the best fish restaurants in the area both for food and service, Sardinia is always a guarantee!

An authentic restaurant where you can enjoy fresh fish, traditional Sardinian cuisine and excellent pizza. You can see the passion and care with which Mario and Sabina manage the restaurant, a place where you will always be welcomed with a smile and where you will immediately feel at home. And this is precisely what, in my opinion, makes this place special: in addition to the excellent dishes and the high quality of the raw materials, at Caletta you will breathe a familiar atmosphere.

I have been coming here for at least 20 years. The first time it was by chance and then I went back countless times. Mario and Sabina are very welcoming and don't put things down hard. Serene environment, very good fish starters, legendary spaghetti alla cove, with clams and bottarga. Special fries. Very good fresh fish with olives and cherry tomatoes. To conclude, a nice typically Sardinian grappa.

10/06/2025: Indicated opening is 1830 but opened close to 1900. Service-indifferent, no smiles didn’t feel welcome. Maybe because we’re not locals. Other tables(locals)were served breads once seated, we weren’t. Hence 3 stars. We ordered seafood pastas, calzone, pizza all delicious, generous portions & reasonably priced. The pistachio crusted blue fin tuna was a disaster, flavourless, served at room temperature, not properly prepared. Service/table charge is €2. **Most place we dined at charged €3 with warm, friendly, prompt service & comes with complimentary bread. Just saying.
28/05/2025: Quick lunch break with good food. There are work menus with various formulas from 8 euros to 13 euros for the complete one

28/03/2025: It is an old trattoria style place and maintains this concept both with food and costs. You shouldn't expect an elegant and trendy restaurant but the food is very good and I feel a bit like at home. One of those places without pretensions of elegance but concrete with excellent quality food and a dignified but no frills service, in short perhaps not for a romantic or business mood as it is understood in Milan but for me it's absolutely right like this, I wouldn't want it different also because it would become the same as all the others.
21/03/2025: By chance. To have a coffee and a drink we finally found ourselves and stopped to eat .. always a nice discovery .. First courses cooked al dente exceptionally . good appetizers .. various Sardinian specialties
