19/03/2026: A truly wonderful discovery. I got the schiacciata number 6, XL size... amazing. Slightly crunchy and very tasty. The schiacciata cost €10, appropriate for the size and the quality and quantity of the filling (the stracciatella is fabulous).

10/03/2026: Caffè Dogali is one of those places that captures your heart the first time you visit. The atmosphere is warm and authentic, far removed from the tourist chaos that often reigns in the city center. I truly appreciated the quality of the coffee—one of the best I've had in the city—and the courtesy of the staff, who truly make you feel at home. But the real surprise were the stuffed schiacciatine: I chose the one with prosciutto, onion sauce, and dried tomatoes, a simply perfect combination, flavorful and well-balanced. Ideal for a quick but satisfying lunch, even more enjoyable when eaten al fresco. I recommend it to anyone who wants to experience the authentic Florence, the Florentines' way.
