I've been to Cadrega several times and have always had a great time... excellent food quality... friendly owners who make you feel at home... wines to match the food... in short... a real treat, I highly recommend it.

Excellent bistro just outside Turin. We went there for both lunch and aperitif! The food was excellent, with simple yet uniquely flavorful dishes and impeccable service. The aperitif was plentiful and also excellent, at a price that's hard to find. I recommend trying it.

La Cadrega Bistrot in Buttigliera Alta is a little gem in the center of town. The decor and dishes are very tastefully done. The house wine is also excellent. You'll find professionalism and a warm welcome, good food, and good wine. Highly recommended.

24/01/2026: We were pleasantly surprised! The atmosphere is informal yet warm and welcoming. The wait staff is attentive and ready to accommodate our every request. Let's start with the appetizers: a Piedmontese Fassona beef tartare accompanied by delicious caramelized onions. For our first course, we tried their ravioli, and the quality of the ingredients is evident in every bite. To conclude, the quality-price ratio is balanced. Highly recommended if you're passing through Chivasso!
