Very good restaurant, book in advance if you are in a large group

We really enjoyed our experience here! After struggling to find a spot to eat in town earlier this week, we stumbled upon this gem. The main restaurant has a lovely atmosphere, though we sat in the front section as they were fully booked. While the front isn't quite as atmospheric as the main room, the food more than made up for it. The pizzas are delicious and cooked in a proper clay oven. Friendly service—definitely recommended!

Excellent food and friendly staff characterize this place, we frequent it especially on Friday evenings because arriving late in the mountains we find it a bit difficult to have dinner, but a phone call to communicate the approximate time of arrival is enough and you can have a peaceful dinner.

The kitchen offers well-balanced, traditional dishes prepared with quality ingredients. Special mention goes to the pizzeria: kudos to the pizza, with its light, well-cooked dough and quality ingredients, truly excellent and easily digestible. You can taste the attention to every detail, from the choice of ingredients to the cooking. The service is friendly and attentive, with staff always available and smiling, making customers feel at ease. The wait times are also reasonable, and the quality/price ratio is excellent. La Cabassa is the perfect place for both good food and excellent pizza. Highly recommended, I return every time I'm in Cesana Torinese.

A great off-season experience! During a time when it's hard to find open restaurants, this place was a pleasant discovery. We tried crispy mushrooms (good), cheese gnocchi (very good), and penne (flavor okay, but the pasta was a bit overcooked). For dessert, we had bunet and coffee. The house wine (½ liter) was good. Recommended for a simple and tasty stop!
