It is a very beautiful environment and full of many very beautiful and attractive objects for those who like to take a step back in time and it is the right place, good cuisine, so-so service!

Ogni volta che voglio mangiare semplice e genuino, vengo sempre in questo agriturismo. La location è anche piena di storia, a partire dal luogo di cambio cavalli e carrozza per lo Spluga. Sempre possibile chiedere l'assaggio di due e anche di tre primi, i piatti ricorrono spesso: gnocchetti chiavennaschi, risotto con bresaola e casera, arrosto, tagliata, contorno di verdure, patate al forno e polenta. L'ambiente all'interno e molto rustico e le varie salette sono veramente molto particolari.

Staying at Ca Vegia was an unforgettable experience. Upon arrival the staff were helpful and very kind, ready to satisfy our every request. The rooms were basic but well-kept and very clean but the real surprise was dinner. The menu offers a selection of typical and traditional dishes prepared with care, a good wine accompanies the dishes and finally homemade desserts and a selection of grappas. The environment is very fascinating, several rooms furnished with attention to detail with period furnishings that recall times gone by. The following morning we found a table set for us, full of delicacies, from homemade cakes to the yogurt produced by them (divine) not to mention their brisaola. What can I say, everything was excellent!! We highly recommend Ca Vegia and look forward to being their guests again!

Dinner with friends in a typical valley setting

Beautiful farmhouse, the rooms are very welcoming and characteristic, both for large companies but also small corners for a dinner for two. Very kind and helpful staff. Absolutely recommended. The bill was a pleasant surprise, practically a complete meal for the price of a pizza in Milan. We will definitely be back.

Locali rustici con ambientazione ben curata. Cibo tradizionale con prodotti genuini e a km 0. Menu semplice con piatti buoni. Prezzo onesto. Personale gentile e accogliente. Tempi d'attesa brevi.

It was the two-night base point for our border-crossing motorbike tour of Switzerland. Fabulous place, absolute tranquility away from the chaos of August but at the same time not far from the center of Chiavenna. Top rooms, top breakfast but above all the very nice and easy-going managers ❤️ Roberto, his brother and his cousin explained and advised us on places to visit and made us feel at home.
