What can I say? Homemade Russian salad (a true rarity), exceptional rabbit and braised tuna, and simply delicious Moscato zabaglione! It's like eating at your aunt's house! Excellent, locally sourced ingredients, cooked impeccably by the owner herself, a direct and frank woman, friendly and a little gruff, just like an aunt... This place definitely can't be compared to other restaurants in Turin, for the atmosphere, the quality, and that sincerity of a cuisine that sadly almost no longer exists. Thanks to those who dedicate their lives to keeping traditions alive and welcoming those who appreciate them as if they were at home. From the heart. Absolutely not to be missed!!! Make sure to book because there are very few seats.

I recently visited this little restaurant. I couldn't fault the quality of the food, but, dear owners, remember that offering good customer service also means being courteous. The lady serving tables probably felt that my colleagues and I were a burden that day, or perhaps she wasn't in the mood to serve. What a shame! I won't be returning.

We celebrated my daughter's graduation and it was a wonderful experience. The owner was very welcoming and immediately made us feel at ease. The food was Piedmontese, but excellent, and the wine was good. It's truly an experience worth having. We'd also love to return with friends. Thanks for everything.

I went because I was intrigued by the decor and the deliberately small room, and I found peace, well-being, relaxation, a warm welcome, and excellent food. The owners are very kind and know what they're talking about. I'll be back with my family.

Non puoi dire di essere stato a Torino se non hai fatto un passo alla Buta stupa
Ogni volta che capito in questa magnifica città non manco di cenare qui e ogni volta è sempre una conferma. Battuta di fassona, agnolotti e zabaione superlativi
Questa volta è venuta anche un’amica vegetariana che è rimasta estasiata dagli asparagi con uovo e parmigiano e dai tajarin con nocciole, senza dimenticare i tomini al tartufo
