Trattoria next to the Mole Antonelliana, serving excellent, locally sourced produce. Typical Piedmontese menu, simple yet elegant and warm atmosphere. Good wine list. Definitely a positive experience. The only complaint/observation concerns the owner, who isn't easy to connect with. If she takes you by surprise, it's over, and lunch/dinner can feel overwhelming. Her rudeness ends up being embarrassing.

One of those places where you immediately sense the passion and hard work of those who run it. Not to mention the quality and deliciousness of the food: truly top-notch. Highly recommended if you're looking for a quiet evening with good food and good wine.

Sotto la Mole, fixed menu to which we added a bottle of Nebbiolo, excellent meal based on typical dishes. Expert and professional staff but a little too assertive for my taste.

Excellent restaurant and wine bar in front of the Mole Antonelliana, which offers typical Piedmontese dishes and wines of high quality at an excellent quality/price ratio.
We started lunch with two glasses of excellent Roero red wine and a very tasty mixed appetizer of giardiniera, tomino with truffle, veal with tuna sauce, Russian salad and fresh cheese with chili pepper, and continued with two first courses that were nothing short of exquisite: tajarin with donkey sauce soaked in Barolo and Piedmontese agnolotti. Finally, we ended lunch by tasting two delicious desserts made with zabaglione cream and chocolate.
Very kind owner and very well-kept place.

A charming place under the Mole Antonelliana.
Intimate and welcoming atmosphere.
Excellent food with a fixed menu that is nothing short of heavenly.
The staff is kind and attentive to every request, in fact in some cases they even anticipated any requests.
I highly recommend trying both the dishes from the fixed menu for lunch and what the menu offers for dinner.
A special experience, I absolutely recommend trying this experience.

Non puoi dire di essere stato a Torino se non hai fatto un passo alla Buta stupa
Ogni volta che capito in questa magnifica città non manco di cenare qui e ogni volta è sempre una conferma. Battuta di fassona, agnolotti e zabaione superlativi
Questa volta è venuta anche un’amica vegetariana che è rimasta estasiata dagli asparagi con uovo e parmigiano e dai tajarin con nocciole, senza dimenticare i tomini al tartufo
