La Bussola Prosciutteria Pizzeria In San daniele del friuli

Wir waren zum Abendessen mit Freunden und zwei weiteren Gästen in diesem Restaurant. Obwohl wir fast alleine waren, schien der Chef und Pizzabäcker recht mürrisch zu sein, was die Atmosphäre etwas trübte. Leider entsprach die Pizza nicht unseren Erwartungen: Die Schwammerl und Beilagen waren nicht frisch, der Teig war etwas zu dick, und geschmacklich fehlte das gewisse Etwas. Es war insgesamt in Ordnung, aber leider kein kulinarisches Highlight. Schade, wir hatten uns mehr erhofft!

We are a couple and we have a 6 month old girl. We did not feel a very nice welcome but above all we saw that there was a problem of having a stroller, which can hinder the passage of the service. I understand it completely! But there is a way to explain! The waitress offers a high chair but our daughter is too small to fit on a chair. So we left. We finally decided to go and eat there because it was close to our hotel, and the food looks good. When we came back, they didn't feel welcome at all, like: "why are they coming back"? they made us wait a bit, so there were people available. I heard a waitress talking about us. During dinner the service was good, the pizza was good and the wine was good too! But unfortunately we went quickly, because our little girl is starting to teeth, and.... the customers can leave quickly without explanations! I allowed myself to disturb the waitress to ask for the bill. To pay, I heard (again!) the waitresses talking about us. The service was no longer pleasant at all. I must confess that I wondered, what's the problem: baby or foreigner? A piece of advice: Pay attention, even foreigners can speak your language and understand it!!! A really good point is the food!

Restaurant found by pure chance following the magnetized needle that brought us here. Very good pizza, not heavy dough, friendly service and very honest waiting times 🙌🏼

Nos encantó todo lo que pedimos allí - pizzas (incluyendo la pizza de jamón de San Daniele) , y el jamón en sí. Calidad superior, aunque no tan barato como la entrada en TripAdvisor puede sugerir.

Simple but refined pizzeria. Pizza with quality ingredients and soft, not heavy dough. Excellent ham dish
