This is my second year back, and it's always excellent—quality, menu, service, and friendliness. The two guys in the dining room are great, attentive and meticulous. And I finally met Germano.

We had dinner with the family. The food was excellent, and we had the option of dining on the beach. I recommend it. The price was fair.

La Bussola in Senigallia confirms itself as an excellent choice for lovers of fresh seafood and creative cuisine. The evening started off with a bang with the Spaghettoni with Shrimp Tartare, Lime, and Pecorino: a simply sublime dish. The pasta was al dente, the shrimp tartare was incredibly fresh, and the sprinkling of pecorino, enhanced by the crisp, acidic note of the lime, created a perfect balance of flavors. Truly excellent. We then tried the Gnocco with Shellfish, also excellent. The pasta was soft and the shellfish flavorful. My only personal complaint: perhaps a little too much tomato, which risked slightly overshadowing the delicate seafood. To round things off, a dessert that amazed everyone: Mango, yogurt gelato with arugula and pink peppercorns. A seemingly daring combination, but one that turned out to be a true revelation. The exotic sweetness of the mango, the acidic freshness of the yogurt, the spiciness of the pink pepper, and the aromatic touch of the arugula created an explosion of unique sensations. Fantastic. The quality-price ratio is in line with the offerings, and the quality of the ingredients is evident. Recommended
