La Bussola In Cossato

We are a basketball team and after a game we went to this restaurant-pizzeria. We had booked asking to be able to arrive after closing time, and the staff was incredibly kind to welcome us anyway. The service was impeccable: the staff was extremely courteous, helpful and polite, making us feel welcome despite the time. The pizza was simply delicious: thin, crispy and with quality ingredients. A truly positive experience! We highly recommend this place to those looking for great food and a warm welcome. We will definitely be back!

Good food, in a pizzeria environment

I took gluten-free mixed fried food and chips, with homemade dessert...a spectacle, all delicious, light and crunchy fried food, very generous portions! I was very satisfied. Attentive and very kind staff. Congratulations to all the staff!

Excellent pizza and fairly honest prices; the only "flaw" is 2.50 euros for the cover charge, really excessive for a pack of breadsticks and that's it.

Little to say, excellent dishes, courtesy and kindness are their calling card, correct price for what we ate.

Un ristorante che non delude mai, è un punto di riferimento che frequentiamo da molti anni. Personale cordiale, locale confortevole e un bel menù. Dal pesce ( nel menu del giorno non manca mai) alla carne, i piatti sono sempre squisiti, dolci compresi. Il fiore all'occhiello è comunque la pizza. La pasta è ben cotta e lievitata, gli ingredienti sono tutti di qualità e hai sempre la tentazione di fare il bis.

Il titolo della mia recensione dice tutto, sono tornato alla Bussola di Cossato per una cena in famiglia...e questo ristorante si conferma il number one. Personale molto cordiale, attenzione al cliente super, uno staff di prim'ordine, e cibo ottimo, preparato con cura e nei minimi particolari ( impiattamento ). Il menu è veramente ampio, sempre difficile scegliere tra tutte quelle prelibatezze. Cosa mangio stasera? Pizza? Pasta? Pesce? Boh...ieri sera dopo 10 minuti a leggere il menù...ho pensato di far scegliere alla cuoca per me, divertendomi ad immaginare a cosa avrei mangiato pochi minuti dopo. Spettacolo...dopo 10 minuti ( conoscendo forse un po i miei gusti visto che non è la prima volta che ci vedono ) mi hanno portato una super costata con patatine. Buonissima, graditissima e scelta più che azzeccata. Cena conclusa con un ottimo gelato. Bravi, bravi, bravi...grazie mille. ...chi non prova la Bussola...non sa cosa si perde.
