Excellent front counter team, they were very knowledgeable and attentive. They recommended and booked three fantastic dinner spots. Fantastic location as it's a short walk from all the major historical attractions. Also sits on the square that provides great people watching:) The rooms were very clean. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and will return here again!

Very luxury hotel, ideally situated in the heart of the city. Very good service. The only two things I would say are: - if you look at the pool photos online, you will see sunbathing longchairs but in reality, the hotel put sofas and chairs when we were there. Additionally, during the day, you could only sit on the sofa if you wanted to order anything from the bar. This to me, is not acceptable for such an expensive place. You would expect to be able to grab any chair you want throughout the day without having to order like an outsider customer. However, the pool is extremely nice, well heated above 29° and the view is breathtaking. - the breakfast could’ve been way better, with a choice of your eggs and another source of carbs than plain rice

El gerente del restaurante y todo el personal proporcionan una excelente experiencia. Son muy corteses y están ahí para satisfacer todas sus necesidades gastronómicas. Todos son muy amables. Nos alojamos en el hotel durante 6 días y comimos en los restaurantes con frecuencia. El gerente y el personal nos trataron como familia. Llegaron a conocer nuestras necesidades y fueron muy rápidos para proporcionar lo que necesitábamos antes de preguntar. Gracias a todos por hacer nuestra estancia y cenar muy cómodo. ¡Grita a Paulo Micheli!

Evaluation for aperitif with Florence Cocktail Week. Very nice place, but very high prices. From 20 euros and up for good aperitifs...but not super. And then...with 2 bowls of peanuts for 5. Pre-packaged pizza 25 euros, Probably in line with hotel prices,

Great hotel in an excellent location 10 minutes away from all the important attractions. Staff are friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast has a great selection. And the rooftop bar and pool has stunning views of the city.

Wonderful hotel! Courteous staff, delicious breakfast. Perfect location. Close to everything (including the train station to go to Pisa and other cities). We loved it and would definitely go back!! The view from the terrace is beautiful!! 🤩

14/07/2025: Let me start by saying I don’t normally write reviews. There are places I reminisce on eating at and think this is a taste I have never had before. There is about 3 other in this category but boy oh boy does this make the list.
13/07/2025: Excellent schiacciata and fair prices. I just suggest heating them less, as the prosciutto and especially the burrata tend to spoil with too much heat.

16/07/2025: The restaurant is cozy and the service is good. Some of the dishes we had the fricasse, cold cut and tiramisu was great and some the of the were not spectacular.
30/06/2025: Rustic and inviting location, good food and fair prices. Too bad for the lack of availability and slight arrogance of the owner in understanding and solving the needs of customers: as read in other reviews, if you go to dinner around 7:30 pm, the tables in front are completely exposed to the sun, which is not very pleasant these days, both for the heat and for the light that at that time is still blinding. When we asked for a curtain or to move to another table, we were told that it's fine because people come to enjoy the sunset and they are "kissed by the sun". I invite the young lady to sit at that table at that time and with the sun in front, she will understand that there is nothing romantic but that it is only a useless torture for the customers, which can also be solved with a simple 20.00 euro cane curtain.
