Le pietanze sono così spettacolari che si raggiunge il cielo. Il palato offre al cervello una goduria estrema che la seratonina sviluppata apre le porte del piacere fisico e intellettivo. Consigliatissimo. Provate i lombrichelli alla Viterbese magnifici, incredibile sono i pici all'aglione, mamma mia come sono bravi! Wow

Today my partner and I went to this restaurant for lunch, they welcomed us even though they were practically closing, we took advantage of the 18 euro menu and ate really well, the owners are two very courteous people who deserve all the compliments both for the courtesy and for the food offered. Thanks again for letting us have lunch with you.

Wild boar pappardelle with knife-cut ragù exceptional...in their simplicity, strips of beef with amazing raw materials and freshly ground pepper...excellent house red wine, even if from the fridge, and I prefer it at room temperature... exquisite place

Locale semplice, non certo appariscente, ma allo stesso tempo pulito e accogliente. La Sig.ra Anna Maria ci ha accolti con gentilezza e ci ha consigliato cosa mangiare. I piatti da noi scelti sono risultati tutti soddisfacenti. Buono anche il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

We ate there on Saturday 11 May for both lunch and dinner. Very good and particular first courses, abundant and excellent second courses. Efficient and kind staff, the bill was fair for what we ate. My wife and I highly recommend it.

We stumbled upon this place by chance and were pleasantly satisfied! The idea of ​​the fixed menu at €18 including first course, second course, side dish and coffee is very convenient; delicious and excellent quality food (we had spaghetti with seafood, fried fish and baked potatoes); very quiet environment that makes you immediately feel at home. We will definitely be back!

29/07/2024: A nice restaurant, clean and tidy. Very kind and friendly staff. Dishes prepared with quality ingredients and with attention. You immediately realize when a dish is prepared not by a simple worker but by a person who loves his job. Positive experience. Recommended place. As soon as I can again I will return to this restaurant. ❤️
18/07/2024: Excellent dinner experience at Cavaliere Gourmet. We tasted the stuffed calamari, the ravioli stuffed with aubergine cream and burrata (special), an excellent slice of beef and a couple of excellent desserts. We had the pleasure of being served by Sofia, professional and attentive to detail.

17/08/2024: We stayed 16 August 2024, the place is very quiet and the food is excellent, Alessandro is very kind and polite. Quality/price worth returning.
06/07/2024: Tucked away on the side slope of the hill, yet just a few steps from Piazza San Lorenzo. This restaurant is a gem, traditional Viterbo cuisine of the highest quality and good, friendly service. A must when in Viterbo.
