La Brustolà In Brendola

We've eaten Brustolà several times at the historic "La Villa" in San Quirico di Valdagno, and we wanted to try this second restaurant owned by the Orsato family. Brustolà, a focaccia made with a dough they invented, is served with a variety of top-quality ingredients to create exceptional dishes, with wonderful and truly interesting pairings. The Brustolà Tour is a great option, allowing you to sample multiple variations. The beer is excellent, especially the red one. The service is fast and compatible with the busy schedule and the restaurant. The staff is very friendly, and the place is very nice and clean. Prices are in line with the quality of the product. Reservations are recommended. Well done!

We stopped for dinner and it was a lovely discovery. The pizza was excellent, and the menu offered something different than other places (you won't find the usual options here). It was generous and made with top-quality ingredients. The Cimbrian ice cream was also very good; I expected something more from the beer I chose.

The best bruschetteria I've been to! The dough is really excellent and the portions are generous, prepared with high-quality ingredients 👍🏻 Before the bruschetta, a small appetizer is also served, a pleasant surprise. The dessert menu is presented in an original and refined way, and the desserts are also delicious. The prices are perhaps slightly above average, but it's absolutely worth it: you eat well and leave with a full belly ☺️ I highly recommend stopping for lunch or dinner if you have the opportunity! (I booked the night before, but I don't think it's essential.)

Very clean place especially the bathrooms great cleaning lady / team! Very good dough, very efficient waiters and a hidden gem that many more people should know about! Super happy I will go back again

If you are looking for an excellent bruschetta, this is definitely the right place. The dishes are well-prepared and original. The service is courteous and fast. The price is perhaps slightly higher than average, but justified by the quality of the ingredients. We will be back

Lots of waiters and various staff, but 20 euros to eat a bruschetta is a bit too much. Moreover, the bill doesn't specify what it is calculated on... it's not good... I won't go there anymore
