Slower service, but otherwise everything is perfect

A very rustic restaurant located in the province of Pisa, near Navacchio, a hamlet of Cascina. The restaurant is located inland from the main road connecting Pisa and Cascina. It's certainly a restaurant with twenty years of history, very rustic and traditional, with a distinctive look. The staff is all very courteous and helpful, with a good amount of experience. Here you can enjoy both grilled meat and fish, as well as wood-fired pizza. Prices are fairly average, except for a few dishes that, in my opinion, are overpriced. We ate well, the service was quick, and the staff was very friendly.

While passing through the area, we enjoyed two pasta dishes. They were generous, tasty, and authentic. The staff is friendly, and the prices for cutlery and bottled water are affordable. Thank you for introducing us to these specialties!

La Brusta stands out for its extraordinary family atmosphere and the exceptional hospitality of the owners, who immediately make you feel like a welcome guest. The superb quality of the food is evident in every dish: the freshest ingredients and expertly prepared to offer authentic delights of Tuscan cuisine. We had the pleasure of tasting their generous homemade pasta, with sauces bursting with flavor, and the pizzas, cooked in an authentic wood-fired oven with an incredibly light dough. Our now numerous visits have been a constant confirmation of the excellence of their cuisine and the sincere cordiality of the environment. I recommend always taking a look at the off-menu to find seasonal dishes, as always spectacular! La Brusta is without a doubt a must-see for those who want high-quality food in a welcoming setting.

Simple restaurant that offers a comfortable environment and excellent seafood and meat cuisine. The fried artichokes are delicious and the desserts are made by a pastry chef. Good prices and with the The Fork discount they become really competitive! At peak times on weekends it can be very crowded, with a consequent increase in noise.

All very good, the only flaw is that the extractor hood doesn't work very well and the smells of grilling and frying reach the tables

A truly excellent dinner. Highest quality products, rustic flavours, (just as the name suggests) and fair prices. We were looking for something not touristy but with genuine tastes. I absolutely recommend it to anyone who wants an authentic experience.
