As a vegan I tried the fisherman's salad (without tuna) and the bruschetta with beans. All good! If you let the staff (very kind) know in advance, they will organize it. Advised.

I just returned from an unforgettable experience at La Bruschetteria in Bibbiena, and I have to say I couldn't ask for anything better. The food is simply delicious, with each dish prepared with fresh ingredients and presented with an attention to detail rarely found. The cleanliness is impeccable, everything is perfectly tidy and sanitized, which made me feel immediately at ease. The staff is incredible: not only are they all very polite, but they know 16 languages! This makes interaction easy and enjoyable for anyone, regardless of their background. But what impressed me most was their ability to create an environment that promotes mental well-being: it seems like they really discovered how to cure depression through food. Each dish is a comforting and rejuvenating experience. Finally, La Bruschetteria is not only a place where you eat well, but it is also a meeting point to create new connections. I had the chance to meet new and interesting people, creating a real network. In summary, La Bruschetteria is much more than just a restaurant: it is an experience that nourishes body, mind and soul. I can't wait to return!

A beautiful terrace overlooking the Casentino in summer and a comfortable environment in winter. Excellent food, the pizza is among the best 3 in Casentino and the rest is also of excellent quality. Fast and professional service

After searching online for a tasty place to eat we came across La Bruschettria and were not disappointed. At the heart of a busy town the restaurant looks over the Tuscan hills and is truly beautiful. We arrived at 7:30pm and it was the perfect spot place to see the sun go down. The food was super tasty!! The children had spaghetti and ragu. The portion size was great and they loved it. Myself and my husband had the Bruschetta and it was so tasty. I enjoy mushrooms but found there were a little too many so just removed a few. I’m not using that as a complaint as everyone’s mushroom ratio maybe different. Pudding for me was delicious- the waffle with mascarpone was so yummy. I could have eaten another where my husband found it a little sickly. The children had gelato - it would have been nice for them to have been offered chocolate sauce or chocolate chips to go on top as these were on the waffle instead they just received plain scoops (which they still loved!) We had an enjoyable few hours here eating dinner and looking over the hills and simply relaxing. The atmosphere was really lovely and the staff very kind and attentive. The restaurant got busy so if you can I would recommend booking. We went at 7:30pm and they kindly found us a table. If we were staying in this location longer we would 100% go again without question. There was plenty of parking around and the Google map location takes you straight to it!

Die besten Pizzen weit und breit: knusprig ohne Verletzungsgefahr, zergehen am Gaumen, ein Erlebnis für die Geschmacksknospen. Hatten Tonno, Quattro Stagioni und Italiana. Mit mehreren Getränken kamen wir auf knapp über 40,-. Personal sehr freundlich - und flott. Tolle Aussicht von der beschatteten (Segeltuch-Pergola) Terrasse (die toskanische Landschaft auf der einen, das lebhafte Treiben auf der anderen Seite). Fantastisch sauberes WC. Eine klare Empfehlung!
