I just returned from an unforgettable experience at La Bruschetteria in Bibbiena, and I have to say I couldn't ask for anything better. The food is simply delicious, with each dish prepared with fresh ingredients and presented with an attention to detail rarely found. The cleanliness is impeccable, everything is perfectly tidy and sanitized, which made me feel immediately at ease. The staff is incredible: not only are they all very polite, but they know 16 languages! This makes interaction easy and enjoyable for anyone, regardless of their background. But what impressed me most was their ability to create an environment that promotes mental well-being: it seems like they really discovered how to cure depression through food. Each dish is a comforting and rejuvenating experience. Finally, La Bruschetteria is not only a place where you eat well, but it is also a meeting point to create new connections. I had the chance to meet new and interesting people, creating a real network. In summary, La Bruschetteria is much more than just a restaurant: it is an experience that nourishes body, mind and soul. Después de buscar en línea un lugar sabroso para comer nos encontramos con La Bruschettria y no nos decepcionó. En el corazón de una ciudad concurrida el restaurante mira sobre las colinas de la Toscana y es realmente hermoso. Llegamos a las 7: 30 pm y era el lugar perfecto para ver la puesta de sol. ¡La comida estaba súper sabrosa! Los niños tomaron espaguetis y ragu. El tamaño de la porción era genial y les encantó. Mi marido y yo comimos la Bruschetta y estaba muy sabrosa. Me gustan las setas, pero encontré que había un poco demasiado, así que simplemente quité algunas. No estoy usando eso como una queja, ya que la proporción de hongos de todos puede ser diferente. Pudín para mí era delicioso - el gofre con mascarpone era tan delicioso. Podría haber comido otro donde mi marido lo encontró un poco enfermizo.
