I'm at this restaurant for dinner with friends. The staff is friendly, so let's move on to the menu: it was very popular, with an excellent variety of appetizers, first courses, and second courses. It's a shame that when we ordered, we were strongly advised against requesting a risotto with saffron and speck (recommended for two people on the menu) because it took forever. I was disappointed. We immediately moved on to another request for carbonara: this too was denied because a very simple carbonara would take forever. And let's not even talk about the bruschetta: the 120cm menu recommended four flavors, but when we ordered, the lady advised us to choose only three. Basically, we ate what the lady said. Finally, the table next to us had been served several carbonaras! What happened was not right.

We booked a room at their nearby bed and breakfast, and for dinner I had the best carbonara I've ever had, as well as their famous bruschetta. I'd say the hospitality and cuisine were top-notch. Highly recommended.

A warm, simple, and welcoming atmosphere that only small-town restaurants can offer. The cuisine is popular, but with a focus on flavor that blends tradition and creativity. I ordered the "trippa" menu, and to say I was satisfied is an understatement: fried tripe with vegetables and three-pepper fondue was the starter, followed by paccheri with tripe and sausage ragù, and finally tripe with Roman-style sauce and eggplant panzanella—a "ten," as the good Borghese would say. I also had bruschetta (a wide selection and generous portions) and a heartwarming rabbit! Excellent value for money. I must return as soon as possible to try one of the various carbonara options...
