I attended both the Sgardella dinner and the brunch, and I can't say which was better. The quality, quantity, and price were unbeatable. Wonderful location, knowledgeable and helpful staff, ready to make this a unique experience. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to eat well, drink well, relax, and enjoy a unique place where they cook with passion and love. Where the attention to customer service is genuine and tangible. We'll be back.

I went to the all-you-can-eat "Sgardella with the Chef" event, a truly delightful event the restaurant offers on Friday evenings! Meat until you drop: grilled meat, spicy oriental chicken, arrosticini, beef stew, crostini with chicken livers, Fassona tartare with spring onions and spices, and ribs in BBQ sauce. It was delicious! The waiters regularly served these mind-blowing delicacies to every table! Roast potatoes were also included in the fixed price of €20. I'm not a meat-only fan, but I think my dish speaks for itself.

For the things we gave her carte blanche, she made amazing choices that perfectly matched our tastes. Tommaso's cuisine was exquisite. The entire staff was super kind and friendly. The view is stunning, with a terrace overlooking the valley. We were truly happy (our guests, too, who appreciated everything from the location to the food), and we had a wonderful day. Highly recommended.

Stunning view... exceptional courtesy, professionalism, and kindness from the table staff... rustic mountain setting, partly run-down with various signs of rust... chandeliers partly in disrepair... which, if cared for, could add value to the whole thing. Welcoming rooms for the newlyweds... except for a few typical country bugs that inevitably pop up here and there... The food served was, I think, the worst I've ever tasted. Good cured meats... Intolerances were certainly handled with the best intentions, but the outcome was truly poor. The dishes were presented at a basic level, not wedding-quality, resulting in a need to use the toilet during the evening and still today, two days later. The lady managing the dining room definitely needs to reconsider her customer service approach... we felt like we were being criticized for being put in a difficult position by our intolerances... but a chef does this for a living, and I can't believe they weren't able to prepare something presentable so far in advance... a first course with reheated zucchini certainly isn't wedding-worthy... a fillet without a cream or accompaniment to soften it or complement it... a tasty tartlet, but served as a single portion at a wedding, no way... it looked like leftover panettone garnished with cream. Not even a decoration on top, so you could see the sliced ​​panettone. I absolutely wouldn't go back, and the price paid, in my opinion, doesn't reflect the quality offered.
