For some time, I've been wanting to try this trattoria, which has been praised by numerous friends and colleagues. My expectations were not disappointed. Lunch for four to celebrate my birthday (and my return to bipedalism after a cycling accident). Impeccable service, dishes described very well by the wait staff. The wine (and spirits) list is extensive, and the assistance of a very attentive and courteous sommelier will be able to advise you. The traditional Ligurian dishes are meticulously prepared and of high quality. I'd like to highlight the black and white steak and the exquisite and delicately smoked veal tip. The price is in line with the quality, around €60-70 per person.

When they say that dining is an art, I think of a place like this. The dishes authentically express Genoese tradition. If you're a wine lover, you're in for a treat.

I had a wonderful dinner here, I'll definitely be back and I highly recommend it! 🍴The food was delicious. I truly rediscovered the typical Ligurian flavors my grandmother used to cook. We had the mixed antipasto and rabbit, the lettuce broth for the first course, and for the second course we shared a Genoese-style fried fish. Each dish was better than the last! To finish, a trio of sorbets. The service was impeccable, at restaurant level. If you're unsure about the wine (since they have a very extensive wine list), the sommelier is always available to recommend the best. 📍The location is enchanting. I recommend booking in advance and asking for tables overlooking the greenery, which are very pretty. The only downside is the inconvenient road to get there, but it's worth it!

The food is absolutely top-notch and truly delicious. Unfortunately, almost half an hour passed between our arrival and being able to order, which was unpleasant with three hungry children. At that time, only three tables were occupied, including ours. After I mentioned this issue, the subsequent courses were served very quickly. Nevertheless, we felt uncomfortable and unwelcome.

The room was too noisy due to two rude tables of 10. Some issues with the delivery of the requested wine to the table, a 20-minute wait. No complaints about the food.

I always say: the world is divided in two: those who have been to Brinca and those who haven't. For those who haven't, know that, as they say, "it's worth the trip." Look, the wines are top-notch, Matteo is an "Indiana Jones" of wine research, and the guy who works with him in the dining room is capable of explaining in an almost poetic way the provenance and characteristics of any wine so that tasting becomes almost unnecessary. Visitato a pranzo con amici. Penso che bisognerà inventare un nuovo aggettivo per descrivere una magnifica esperienza culinaria.....antipasto tipico ligure con ottima varietà di gusti e consistenze....gnocchi di castagna con pesto assolutamente divino e a chiudere un sensazionale budino di cipolla rossa con anelli di cipolla croccante su un letto di prescinseoa,sperando di averlo scritto bene il tutto accompagnato da un buon vermentino ligure. Nota di merito per il locale e al personale di servizio preparati che ci hanno fornito un servizio TOP dove il maiuscolo è assolutamente voluto. Per concludere eccellente rapporto qualità prezzo che mi porta a dire che tornerò sicuramente a provare questa stupenda esperienza gastronomica....

Bella serata in posto molto curato , personale preparato e gentilissimo . Piccole sbavature forse anche a gusto personale . Ravioli un pelo troppo cotti , mentre i pansoti in salsa di nocciole un poco coprente nei confronti del ripieno . Brandecujn veramente clamoroso gusto delicato con pinoli tostati perfetti e olive taggiasche tritate a creare un buon equilibrio , a me piace tantissimo però va fatto con lo stoccafisso e non con il baccala' da tradizione. Comunque posto x passare grandi serate mangiando bene
