La Brinca In Ne

A pleasant surprise for my birthday, I wanted to try it and I was satisfied, as was my husband. The thought at the end, with a candle placed on the dessert I chose, which I consider a delight (prepared with Val d'Aveto ricotta ice cream and a cobeletto filled with orange marmalade), certainly another reason to return and discover new dishes with the flavors of traditional Ligurian cuisine.

Excellent dinner, almost perfect experience! I dined at this restaurant and was truly satisfied: excellent food, fast service, and a very pleasant atmosphere. The only small criticism I would make concerns the organization of the dining room: several waiters repeatedly came to ask for an order we'd already placed, but nothing that ruined the experience.

The food was exceptional good and made it even better with the wine paring!

A truly welcoming place. Good cuisine, local, quality products. The wine cellar is well-stocked and worth a visit. We recommend letting the sommelier guide you through the menu, thanks to the impeccable service! We'll definitely be back.

What can I say?! A beautiful inn nestled in the mountains with 100% homemade products. The clientele is almost exclusively Italian. It doesn't get more authentic than this place! Not only did we enjoy ourselves, but we particularly appreciated the kindness of our hosts. We had a long chat with the sommelier who loves to share his knowledge. We were able to visit their exceptional wine cellar!! Thank you all the team. It was a fantastic experience!

Ero già stata qui anni fa e ogni volta è una conferma. La strada per arrivare non è comodissima ma ne vale la pena, immersi nel verde tra pace, buon cibo e buon vino. Il servizio è impeccabile, i vini ci sono stati spiegati e consigliati con cura. Ci è stata portata come Entrée una polpetta di cabannina buonissima! Abbiamo proseguito con Antipasti della nostra campagna ovvero il piatto con Prebugiun di Ne, raviolo alla brace, raviolo fritto, Baciocca di patate Quarantina Bianca Genovese, foglia di borragine fritta, Frisciulla al Pesto e gli altri. Cabannina sotto sale: carne di razza bovina autoctona Cabannina, presidio Slow Food della Val d'Aveto maturata sotto sale (si scioglieva in bocca!) Gli antipasti sono molto abbondanti divideteli per assaggiare diverse cose! Io come primo ho preso i Ravioli di erbette cu tuccu di Cabannina tradizionale sugo Genovese di carne (davvero ottimi!) Dolci: Torta cioccolato e mandorle, Panera con biscotto e Sacripantina Con Due bottiglie di vino da 30€ abbiamo speso circa 60€ a testa. Consigliato!

Si trova sulle alture località Ne questo locale offre piatti tipici della tradizione ligure , ma è noto per i vini di ottima qualità dove giornalisti del settore , agricoltori e sommelier si incontrano per assaggiare e commentare assieme vini di tutto il mondo. Ho pranzato con antipasto misto e punta di vitello arrosto con purè, ma ho assaggiato i carciofi , la frittura mista ligure , tutto davvero squisito lo consiglio vivamente.
