Ero già stata qui anni fa e ogni volta è una conferma. La strada per arrivare non è comodissima ma ne vale la pena, immersi nel verde tra pace, buon cibo e buon vino. Il servizio è impeccabile, i vini ci sono stati spiegati e consigliati con cura. Ci è stata portata come Entrée una polpetta di cabannina buonissima! Abbiamo proseguito con Antipasti della nostra campagna ovvero il piatto con Prebugiun di Ne, raviolo alla brace, raviolo fritto, Baciocca di patate Quarantina Bianca Genovese, foglia di borragine fritta, Frisciulla al Pesto e gli altri. Cabannina sotto sale: carne di razza bovina autoctona Cabannina, presidio Slow Food della Val d'Aveto maturata sotto sale (si scioglieva in bocca!) Gli antipasti sono molto abbondanti divideteli per assaggiare diverse cose! Io come primo ho preso i Ravioli di erbette cu tuccu di Cabannina tradizionale sugo Genovese di carne (davvero ottimi!) Dolci: Torta cioccolato e mandorle, Panera con biscotto e Sacripantina Con Due bottiglie di vino da 30€ abbiamo speso circa 60€ a testa. Consigliato!

Traditional dishes prepared in faithfulness to the rediscovered recipes, furnishings restored to their original splendor, challenging cellar It's like taking a dive into the past... it's an experience that I recommend... shame about the somewhat snobbish "climate"... to be anesthetized with a good glass, necessarily in excellent company

What can I say. Simply superb. The setting, the service (Elenora was excellent) and the food. Filled with families having long lunches. The wine list is unparalled. A complete dining experience.

Lunch on April 25th. Finally, after months, we managed to book and find a table. We had lunch in 4, ordering: - 2 house appetizers. Not the usual cold cuts and/or fried foods, but different pieces of: vegetable pie, seasoned panissa, a cake made with chestnut flour, etc... but the best were the medallions with their homemade pesto. I think it's the best pesto I've eaten in Liguria - 2 chestnut gnocchi with pesto. The flavor of the chestnut was not strong, in fact very delicate and went very well with their phenomenal pesto. Added potatoes and broad beans. - 1 pansoti with walnut sauce. You could taste the filling of the pansoti very well. Tasty vegetables. The walnut sauce was very delicate. - 1 hazelnut ravioli. Similar filling (maybe the same) as the pansoti, but with a different sauce and crumbled walnuts. The hazelnut flavor was very present in the dish. Excellent. - 1 venison. I ate it for the first time and I must say that the meat was tender, as if it were butter. I would add that for each dish they made a "scarpetta" with their bread and focaccia (obviously of the highest quality). Desserts: - 1 panera. Finally a panera where the flavor of coffee predominates and not the cream. Balanced and with the addition of something else that I could not distinguish, because I was too caught up in the tasting. - 1 Sacripantina. This one was slightly dry, but not bad. - 1 chocolate and almond cake. A little heavy, but for lovers of chocolate and almonds, recommended. Huge and very high-level wine cellar. Visiting it we noticed wines with vintages dating back to 1970. We, compared to what they offer, took a "simple" prosecco (I don't know much about wines, I only remember that it was from 2023). Obviously very good and served at the perfect temperature. All followed by an impeccable service, with waiters and sommeliers who were courteous and attentive to customers. The rustic place, but very attentive to details. I liked it a lot. Overall.... Well, I'd say it shows. Not recommended, but more!!!!! As soon as it's possible we will definitely return. Ah the total cost, including bread and cover charge... 204.00 (2 appetizers, 4 first courses, 1 second course, 4 desserts, 2 water, 1 bottle of prosecco, bread/breadsticks/focaccia)

Si trova sulle alture località Ne questo locale offre piatti tipici della tradizione ligure , ma è noto per i vini di ottima qualità dove giornalisti del settore , agricoltori e sommelier si incontrano per assaggiare e commentare assieme vini di tutto il mondo. Ho pranzato con antipasto misto e punta di vitello arrosto con purè, ma ho assaggiato i carciofi , la frittura mista ligure , tutto davvero squisito lo consiglio vivamente.
