A family and local history, a family and local cuisine. The Circella family home, nestled in the heart of the Ne hills in the Tigullio region, is one of those places worth a trip to experience.
The cuisine is local and regional, with a focus on tradition without being stuck in it. Cuniggiu magru (a reinterpretation of cappon magro), cabannina in salt, pansoti, and stuffed lettuce in broth are must-try dishes.
Sergio Circella's wine cellar is of national importance.

In a few words: everything was amazing.
Attentive service, great customer care, and top-notch cuisine. The stuffed guinea fowl was magnificent, made even more special by the pairing recommended by a truly professional sommelier. An experience that will stay in your heart. Definitely worth returning.

An extraordinary place, we'll be back soon. Amazing quality, Ligurian cuisine with a twist. I had some of the best pesto I've ever had. Since there were four of us, we tried several dishes from the menu. I can't choose a favorite. Everything was truly excellent: the cabannina, the lean rabbit, the tomaxelle, the pasta dishes (so delicious). Courteous, punctual service. The wine cellar is charming, you'll be spoiled for choice. Excellent desserts. The price is right, definitely worth a visit.

Everything was excellent: the service, the setting overlooking the forest, the refined, high-quality cuisine featuring local delicacies. I highly recommend it.
From Chiavari, about twenty minutes up the hill (Brinca means, in Ligurian, a slightly steep place).
You can book via WhatsApp, not by phone, where you'll find an answering machine that redirects you to the WA contact.
