Definitely high-quality yet informal. Excellent, attentive, and unobtrusive service. The cuisine was excellent, although some dishes didn't fully meet expectations. In any case, it was superior. The spider crab was exceptional. The welcome amenity (included in the service) was also delicious: a glass of bubbles and a parmesan crumble, as well as homemade cantucci biscuits with vin santo at the end of the meal and an excellent grappa. For my taste, I would have cooked the spaghetti with clams half a minute longer, and I would have also prepared the cream differently, but it must be said that the dish wasn't on the menu and, with great availability, was freshly prepared, so it's understandable that the quality wasn't the same as that of other dishes on the menu. Perhaps due to a misunderstanding, instead of a raw seafood appetizer with the spider crab, a lukewarm appetizer was served. It was excellent, but different from what was ordered. Another reason to return and try the raw seafood. The baked turbot was good, but the dish didn't entirely meet my expectations, and tastes vary. I prefer it more dry when cooked to perfection. Overall, regardless of my personal taste, it was an excellent experience, and I'll definitely recommend it again. Kudos to the truly exceptional service.
