La Briciola Riviera In Novellara

The paella we enjoyed last night at La Briciola restaurant was once again the absolute best! Abundant, bursting with fresh fish and vegetables, all perfectly balanced in flavor and texture, it was a true triumph of deliciousness. This was followed by the crunchy parfait, a dessert I've always loved and which here reached truly superlative levels: simply DELICIOUS! An honorable mention also goes to the girls who served us: smiling, attentive, kind, and ultra-professional. Well done, in fact, very well done!

A busy place in the afternoon, perfect for a decent-quality business lunch at a reasonable price. Paella is available upon request in the evening.

For a few days passing through I had a very good time, welcoming and helpful shopkeepers, for my dogs it is wonderful, there is no shortage of greenery and they can go wherever they want, the restaurant is always full and I am 5 minutes from Novellara (a town of ❤️) Thank you.

The place seems very old and not suitable for young people. The pizza is too thin, and the toppings drip off without sticking. It's tasteless. The "After Eight" dessert was warm and melted, and the mint was a store-bought sugar syrup. We waited 15 minutes for dessert, and they brought us a practically warm tiramisu (!) and a melted semifreddo... A terrible experience, I'll never go back.

15 euro fixed menu with wine and fantastic coffee! Nice place in the countryside. What more could you want? And they're really good.
