EXCELLENT! Spectacular food, excellent ingredients, and expertly crafted dishes. The meats were perfectly cooked. They are very accommodating to those with gluten and lactose intolerances (the gluten- and lactose-free crème brûlée was DIVINE).
Fast service, friendly and attentive staff.
Location at the foot of Mont Blanc, which can be glimpsed from the dining room windows.
I found the quality/price ratio absolutely fair considering the dishes served.

I went for lunch after more than a decade of absence. It was a truly surprising lunch, it is not easy to keep the bar straight in a historic restaurant far from the city center without being tempted by simple choices and this did not happen. I ate well from the off-menu appetizer, to the most classic of desserts, passing through the braised meat ravioli.
I want to make a special note to the dining room staff. It is not easy to be very young guys away from home for the season to do one of the hardest jobs on the market, and it is not easy for these reasons to bring out enthusiasm and professionalism at the same time. Well done for having succeeded so well.

I went to the brasserie with a group of friends, a table of 16 people. To start we had some really amazing cold cuts and cheese platters.. the quality is excellent and my favorites were the lard and the bleu d'Aoste. To follow each of us had either a first course or a second course.. I had a very good and tender rare fillet steak, but I also had the chance to try other dishes. What I liked the most was the risotto with bleu d'Aoste and pears.. really special!
The staff is very kind and prepared, attentive to the needs of the customer. Roberta is very good, always kind and prepared (she knows how to explain all the desserts on the menu). Luca and Jasmine are also fantastic, always available and ready to make the experience at the restaurant pleasant.

To do again! Very warm welcome from the friendly Cristina, tartiflette, Milanese escalope and delicious grilled vegetables, accompanied by an excellent rosé from Val d'Aosta Champfeuillet. Dinner on the terrace facing the mountain spectacle was a luxury! Thanks also to Martina for her perfect service, all the staff were top notch!

A nice experience, we had a good dinner, well prepared food except for the ravioli which were a little cold and small. The second courses were very good and refined while the desserts I expected more. I will definitely return and recommend it.

Bella scoperta appena fuori Courmayeur con piatti tipici della tradizione valdostana, in un ambiente caldo e accogliente, a prezzi giusti per la località.
Lardo con mocetta e fonduta valdostana sono state le mie scelte della serata e mi hanno pienamente soddisfatto.

Abbiamo mangiato una sera in questo ristorante durante la nostra settimana bianca a Courmayeur e ci siamo trovati molto bene, l’ambiente è semplice ma accogliente, il personale molto gentile e disponibile e le pietanze davvero buone! Ho preso una trota salmonata ricoperta da scaglie di mandorle e l’ho trovata deliziosa!
