La Brasserie d'Entreves In Courmayeur

The restaurant has been completely renovated while maintaining its decades-long history. The food is top-notch and the service has been further improved. Excellent!

I went for dinner with my family on the evening of December 27th. Parking was difficult, the place was welcoming, and the staff were friendly, each with their own tasks (some taking orders for food, some for water, some for bread). The local food was excellent, served promptly, and the price was fair. I was satisfied and will return to try other local dishes and specialties (raclette, bourguignonne, and desserts). B.

My family and I had lunch today, Christmas Day! What can I say...enchanting place, amazing staff, excellent food, and reasonable prices for the quality. Congratulations...especially considering we didn't book...we were certainly lucky, but the staff's helpfulness is top notch.

For those who want to savor authentic Aosta Valley cuisine in a welcoming, typically Alpine atmosphere. Fondues, soups, mocetta, fontina, and polenta—all delicious.

This restaurant is one of my all-time favorites. Every time I go, I feel at home. The food is truly delicious, and Cristina and her entire staff are one of a kind, always smiling! It's one of those places where you know you'll never be disappointed; in fact, every time you leave, you want to return soon.

I dined at this restaurant two nights in a row. Excellent traditional dishes with generous portions. The desserts are superb. The wait staff is attentive and friendly. Highly recommended.

If you're looking for typical Aosta Valley dishes, you'll be satisfied here. Prices aren't exactly cheap, but the proximity to Courmayeur doesn't help matters... During busy periods, reservations are essential.

Close to the skyway, so very convenient for those climbing up. It's a bit stuck in the '80s, but perhaps in mountain locations, this still has its place. Fast service, typical mountain dishes, simple but good. Prices are reasonable.

STELLAR experience!!! Fresh porcini mushrooms, homemade tagliatelle, and excellent service!!! We'll be back and highly recommend it!

For the second year in a row, we dined every day of our vacation at this quaint restaurant, enjoying a variety of dishes, from fish to meat. The quality/price ratio is excellent. The atmosphere is family-friendly. Reading the negative reviews makes me smile more than I am surprised. If you want a Michelin-starred restaurant with privacy and service by liveried waiters, you've come to the wrong place. But the problem is that if you can't afford a Michelin-starred restaurant, you can't expect the same service at the price this brasserie charges. I like to evaluate the restaurants I frequent based on what I expect from the menu, the setting, and the staff. And in this case, I received more than I expected. Having spent all our dinners at this restaurant for the second year in a row requires no further praise. If a little salt is missing, just ask; if a little oil is missing, just ask; if you need to move a car, you get up and move it; and if you're stressed, it's your problem, not the wait staff's.
