A nice experience, we had a good dinner, well prepared food except for the ravioli which were a little cold and small. The second courses were very good and refined while the desserts I expected more. I will definitely return and recommend it.

Abbiamo mangiato una sera in questo ristorante durante la nostra settimana bianca a Courmayeur e ci siamo trovati molto bene, l’ambiente è semplice ma accogliente, il personale molto gentile e disponibile e le pietanze davvero buone! Ho preso una trota salmonata ricoperta da scaglie di mandorle e l’ho trovata deliziosa!

our most sincere gratitude to Yasmin❣️
My husband and I found ourselves in a very difficult situation, one that cannot be predicted.
Unfortunately, we had dinner in a restaurant opposite and, following the manager's advice, we had parked the car on the street. During the evening a heavy snow fell, and our car was submerged in snow to the point that it was impossible to move it. It was late, the small town was asleep and there wasn't a living soul around.
I asked for help at the restaurant where we were having dinner: I asked for a shovel or at least a contact from a service who could come and save us. Unfortunately, my requests were completely ignored. Left alone with the problem, my husband and I found a shovel and started digging, calling several services at the same time, but no one wanted or could come to help us.
At that moment a true miracle happened. Yasmin, an employee of the Brasserie D'Entreves restaurant, who had just finished her shift, saw us in difficulty and, without hesitation, approached us to offer her help. For me, as I am pregnant, the situation was particularly complicated: I could neither dig nor push the car. Yasmin, a petite girl, took charge of everything. He helped dig the car out of the snow and get it back on the road.
He asked for nothing in return. His sincere desire to help, his kindness and dedication moved us deeply. She did much more than one might expect, and thanks to her we managed to get out of a situation that seemed to have no way out.
We want to personally thank Yasmin and highlight her extraordinary human qualities. Also, we would like to thank the restaurant for having such great employees💫 People like Yasmin make the world a better place🫶🏻

It was recommended to us from the hotel where we were staying in Cormayeur and it was a great success. We wanted to try the well-known Fonduta in the area and it was undoubtedly delicious. There are several options but we opted for the mixture of cheeses with liquor and accompanied by potatoes and bread to spread. Enough for two people and we even had leftovers. The portion is powerful and very very good. The house wine in a jug is also very good and is much cheaper ;) If you stop by here I recommend the place because I am sure that the rest of the menu must also be very delicious. The place fills up so I recommend booking.

I ordered a tagliatella with sausage and chestnut ragout and when I asked for cheese the waitress, instead of placing it on the table, insisted on serving it to me when I had explicitly asked her to leave it on the table, she put 3 spoons of it and took it away.. furthermore, a colleague allowed herself to say "I pretend not to see why there are chestnuts". But I say, if I pay to eat I can decide how the hell to eat?? It seemed to be the only cheese left in the entire restaurant. As soon as we finished the dish they took everything away, even the bread, as if we had to leave. Embarrassing.
