La Braceria da Nik E Vale In San salvo

We have been to Braceria da Nick e Vale twice already, and each time it was a pleasure to return! We really enjoyed it: the roast is excellent, tasty and well cooked, and the hot appetizers are a real delight. Each dish conveys passion and care. The staff is always kind and friendly, but a special note goes to the owner, a true Sardinian who knows how to welcome you with a smile and makes you feel truly at home. As a Sardinian, I can say that he has that genuine friendliness and hospitality typical of our land. It certainly won't end here: when you have a good time, you always come back... and we will come back again!

I ate at this restaurant 10 years ago, and now I had the chance to eat there again, and it was just as delicious as the first time. Friendly and attentive service.

Found this place during a trip, noted the previous positive reviews we decide to go. Already at the booking stage we had the pleasure of speaking with Vincenzo, a friendly and nice person. When we arrived at the place in ebony our reservation, we sat down and while we were laughing at what to order we saw the dishes destined for the other tables pass by, what can I say we were spoiled for choice because everything we saw from the appetizers to the first courses had a decidedly inviting appearance. We ordered mixed appetizers and arrosticini, all very good, tasty and quality, to then unfortunately continue only with a second course as we had to travel and did not want to weigh ourselves down. Quality meat cooked expertly and with good technique, pampered by all the friendly and helpful staff, a good house red wine (there are also other selections a la carte), to conclude the meal unfortunately too fleeting with coffee and ammazzacaffê. Perfectly air-conditioned place, not the usual exaggerated refrigerator cell of some places, a pleasant "caciara" of the other diners but not annoying, the right background noise of a restaurant. In essence a place to revisit a second time but taking the right time to be able to enjoy how good it is proposed. Compliments to Vincenzo and all his staff.

In my opinion a nice place to enjoy good food, I felt at home. The service was excellent, the guys were very helpful in explaining the dishes to us. The first courses were very simple but with a unique flavour, the meat was excellent, cooked perfectly and melted in the mouth, the gem was the ventricina kebabs which I had never tried, not being Abruzzo. In my opinion the price is worth what I ate. Compliments
