Ristorante tra i più buoni D’Italia . INNOVAZIONE E TRADIZIONE si incontrano con armonia . La qualità della materia prima e’ impressionante , il top delle carni da tutto il mondo cotte da professionisti della brace ! Il mio piatto preferito è la pappardella al ragù di chianina con aggiunta di tartufo fresco ( da brividi ) Servizio eccellente come la scelta dei vini Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo ! Ogni anno meglio .

Ottima cena. Locale con una bella atmosfera e con un servizio brillante e preparato. Abbiamo mangiato un carpaccio di angus( forse tagliato troppo spesso per i miei gusti) e un ottima picanha. Per gli amanti della carne...da provare!!!

24/12/2024: The best meat restaurant in the region. The prices are very reasonable, the owner, who I guess is over 80 years old, is a very sociable and competent person. I can say that it was the best meat I ate during my trip to Italy.
16/11/2024: We had lunch and if the location isn't the best the dishes are excellent. Finocchiona salami and crostini with lard, a cut, a sirloin, chips and beans, cantucci for dessert. The owner is very nice, ultra cheap price. I highly recommend it

13/08/2024: Bien sûr, voici l'avis modifié : --- **Note : ★★★☆☆** J'avais de grandes attentes pour cet endroit, mais malheureusement, l'expérience a été un peu décevante. Le service était correct La qualité de la viande n'était pas celle que j'espérais : elle manquait de tendreté et de saveur, ce qui est regrettable pour un restaurant de ce type. De plus, le reste de la nourriture manquait de caractère et ne justifiait pas le prix assez élevé. Enfin, l'ambiance générale laissait à désirer : la décoration était basique et l'endroit manquait de chaleur. Pour le prix payé, je m'attendais à une expérience plus agréable. Je ne suis pas sûr d'y retourner!
