All good. Thin and crispy pizza. Simple ingredients. Friendly staff and very spacious atmosphere. Perfect for lunch.

We set off by bike from Trento because someone had recommended this place. We ordered a hamburger sandwich for €21.90 and a basic margherita pizza with buffalo mozzarella for €11.90. The crust was toasted and the crust was very hard. The Spinelli fiordilatte mozzarella (as the menu stated) was yellow, not stringy, and soaked in yellowish oil. The buffalo mozzarella added after cooking was a safe bet. Dear owner, you have meat on your menu that costs €120 per kilo, and you use lousy mozzarella to save 30-40 cents per pizza? Good luck.

I went there for lunch with my partner. We had a cured meats appetizer with potato tortel, two pizzas, and two desserts. The food was average/high quality, although I reserve the right to return to try the meat, which looked decidedly appetizing. The service is a bit slow, but not exasperating. From the outside, the robot-cat waiter seems a bit pointless, getting stuck everywhere and having to be led back to the kitchen by the waiters, who perhaps waste more time doing so than not having it at all. My partner said the pistachio tart was "outstanding, the best restaurant dessert she's had in years." My panna cotta was a bit lacking in quantity, with an average flavor. The pizzas are good, but suitable for those who don't like the "Neapolitan" style, which is very thick. They are, in fact, thin and very large. The cured meats are excellent. We'll be back.
