Returning after 7 years.
The smoked Angus beef with arugula was truly delicious, a discovery. Then the dish of the day and the skewer were truly delicious.
The lime and mint sorbet (with a little rum recommended by the owner) was truly excellent. A beautiful restaurant, and the staff were truly kind and helpful.
The meat was good, the appetizer was good and hot, but served on a decidedly cold plate.
Even the largest dining room was not at the right temperature... too low.
The dry Passatelli with sausage and mushrooms were very good, and the final price was reasonable.

An Evening To Forget if it weren't for the Waitress STEFANIA (who really knows how to do her job well and saved our evening with understanding, HOLD ON TO HER).
We went to the restaurant this evening without having booked.
The waitress (not Stefania, but a colleague) makes us sit at the table near the service console outside saying that everything inside was booked..
My partner and I sit down and notice that in a few minutes the table begins to be covered in soot from the fireplace, which also got into our glasses, at which point we kindly ask if we can move to another table, again the waitress who had made us sit, replies that it was not possible, even though there were several empty tables and a table for two had just become free. (The table in question was free for our entire stay and not even cleared by the staff).
We order a Florentine steak cooked rare and a bottle of Chianti Classico Cantina Banfi from 2017 (as stated on the menu).
The Florentine steak arrives at the table between medium and well done, and the 2019 Banfi wine does not correspond to the one declared on the menu, nevertheless a good wine and we do not report the issue, but we could not remain silent about the Florentine steak.
Here we meet Stefania who kindly apologizes and asks us if we want it to be replaced but given the appetite and the place that was filling up we decide to keep it anyway..
A really stringy and overcooked meat, in some places even charred.
We order the dessert following Stefania's advice and luckily we went great..
at the end of the evening before going to pay the bill, Stefania tells us that the dessert is offered by the chef who had made a mistake in cooking it and we take this opportunity to thank her, knowing full well that when you work, mistakes can happen.
We get to the cashier, the person who generates the bill for us left me speechless...
She turns to Stefania asking:
Are they the guys?
He summarizes the order excluding desserts and totals.. €87.00

Total €87.00
Now the question that comes to mind is why, a manager or owner of a business, doesn't worry about how his customers spent the evening, and if they were satisfied with the service, not even with a simple question like:
how did it go guys?
or,
I heard about the unexpected event of the evening and I wanted to apologize to you...
it wouldn't have taken much...
Do you know that all businesses need satisfied customers to grow or simply to stay open?
Did you know that a dissatisfied customer, by telling his experience, can generate a cascade of up to 70 people who may not come to your place and speak badly of it in turn?
Customer experience is fundamental..
All businesses need customers.
Having said that, I hope that my sharing will be a useful tool for you to improve.

Our guest enjoyed the very tasty pumpkin cappellacci with ragù and did not disdain a taste of pizza, everything was excellent, rich menu, wood-fired grill, excellent quality meats and sublime desserts, impeccable and very friendly service and managers.

Good location great welcome, good bruschetta excellent spit.. chips cooked to perfection... and very good beer with cellar with wine by Marco Felluga. Daniele is the best restaurateur and padel player that I know.. good staff too. Natalino
