La Brace In Forcola

An excellent place to stop for a quick bite to eat at the bar or for lunch or dinner in the excellent restaurant. The rooms are quaint and well-furnished, with some of the antique wooden pieces stunning. The staff is attentive, courteous, and always very friendly.

The hotel is a bit dated, with rooms that are a bit cold and sparsely furnished. Overall, they're comfortable. It might appeal to those looking for a quaint, mountain-style hotel, though it could use some renovation. Ample parking, a lovely fireplace, and an excellent restaurant.

I went for Christmas lunch. Easily accessible. Very beautiful location, a rediscovered atmosphere from days gone by, and impeccable service.

Had lunch for a business trip. Excellent wine and pizzoccheri. Extremely friendly staff. Overnight stay: Very nice and comfortable rooms. Very quiet in the evenings.

We stopped for lunch on the way. We were impressed by the quality and quantity of the food. The service was helpful. We took home leftovers given the abundance. Passing through the hotel lobby, you can linger for a few minutes around the "embers": a majestic suspended fireplace, lit and surrounded by a circular sofa. For this experience alone, I highly recommend it.

A beautiful, welcoming, and characteristic establishment. La Brace has a long history of expansions and renovations, always done with taste and consistency. The food is also excellent.

We've been to the grill many times! Every time we came, everything was very good. The waiters were funny, very helpful, and fast. The dishes were cooked well and were very tasty. A real grill. We went back after at least 2 months, and many things have changed. The waiter comes to the menu and says, "I'll start by telling you about the shortcomings." Without a good morning or at least a "how are you?", but whatever; the annoying thing is that they made us wait half an hour before bringing us to the table, and then they told us that the dish of the day, soup, and baked potatoes were missing. Not very good. I ordered the sciatt and the venison tagliata. The sciatt were good, but the tagliata went from good to cold and tasteless, with some frozen fries on the side. The sciatt remained good (please save them!!). I tried the venison tagliatelle, but the pasta was wet and damp. I didn't order dessert. The outdoor seating is still the same, very nice, but the food needs improvement.
