Good ice cream but overpriced, a real shame. The really disappointing thing is the portions; they give you a scoop of microscopic dimensions which, honestly, I consider a joke.

Il gelato più buono (di Verona) da sempre! E anche il più caro. (un cono e una coppetta, da una pallina ciascuno, 5,20 euro).

The ice cream is actually delicious and the flavors are as particular and refined as the raw materials. The price is a little high but it is partly justified by the quality. However, the scoops of ice cream are smaller than other ice cream shops (half the size😞).

Hotel Ristorante Sasso

20/05/2025: I am not biased, even though I have known this establishment for 25 years. I was lucky enough to sit and become a good family friend with the owners (Mirko's mother and father). They told me the origin and how the name Sasso was born. Obviously they are providing for the modernization of the rooms floor by floor, but as far as breakfast is concerned: between bekon, scrambled and hard boiled eggs, and so on and so forth. For dinner he has always been a lover and expert of top quality ingredients, great chef another milestone and the kitchen and impeccable dining room assistant, in addition to the excellent wines. I highly recommend it also for the quality/price ratio. May God bless the current management and their work. Hotel Sasso, the best....

30/06/2025: Delicious drinks with fine snacks in a prime location
17/06/2025: I was a little cautious because of the meager rating, but the food (fried seafood and vegetables) was very tasty. I particularly liked the thin breading. Before that, I had a very tasty vitello tonnato. The tuna was more solid than liquid, and therefore had a stronger flavor. There could have been more capers, but it wasn't a problem. The market place was perhaps a bit too much, but it was authentic.
