Shop set in the cute village of Chiassaia, a crossing point for the start of various hiking routes. Phenomenal flatbread, very tasty and a wide choice of local and non-local fillings. High quality cold cuts and cheeses. They also have some desserts and some products on display for purchase. Prices in line with the area. Recommended!

Excellent flatbread in a small characteristic village. This is a very famous and well-known place in the area so queues could form. Very good flatbread, albeit a little too salty. Outside there are tables to sit and enjoy the view Fair quality/price ratio Definitely worth trying

Small but nice, hidden in the small settlement of Chassaia, it is worth a visit. The finest baked goods, also for on-site consumption. Once when my husband had to wait for the bread, he was treated to a cup of coffee and a piece of cake. You don't experience something like that in Germany.

20/07/2024: We had a really good dinner. Fairly well-kept location overlooking the valley. Classic Tuscan dishes revisited and well presented. The meat is worth mentioning positively. We had agreed on a single menu for the whole table: Tuscan starter, duck and orange ravioli, pici with wild boar, mixed grill (phenomenal duck), dessert of your choice. Correct quantity served: if necessary, the waiters came by again and again asking if we wanted anything else. Fast service even though there were almost twenty of us.
16/07/2024: Excellent food, very kind and helpful staff and owner. Nice and panoramic location. The only flaw is that it is too hot, air conditioning is necessary

23/07/2024: Had lunch there on Saturday as we had just arrived in town and it was a perfect start to our holiday. Good service and delicious food.
14/07/2024: Delicious stuffed focaccias with excellent ingredients. Wide selection of wines and staff trained and ready to recommend the right wine to match. Highly recommended!!
