Shop set in the cute village of Chiassaia, a crossing point for the start of various hiking routes. Phenomenal flatbread, very tasty and a wide choice of local and non-local fillings. High quality cold cuts and cheeses. They also have some desserts and some products on display for purchase. Prices in line with the area. Recommended!

Excellent flatbread in a small characteristic village. This is a very famous and well-known place in the area so queues could form. Very good flatbread, albeit a little too salty. Outside there are tables to sit and enjoy the view Fair quality/price ratio Definitely worth trying

05/11/2024: Siamo capitati per caso..e abbiamo scoperto un’enoteca fantastica, un menu raffinato del territorio e personale squisito. Tutto super consigliato!
24/10/2024: Small and welcoming trattoria in the center of Sansepolcro with the possibility of overnight stay. Friendly and very helpful welcome, attentive and fast service. Tasty and well served dishes, perhaps not very abundant. Good breakfast with the possibility of enjoying it before 8.00, ideal for the pilgrim who does not want to leave too late. The room assigned to me, although quite old, was still comfortable and clean with comfortable beds and a bathroom with everything you needed, a pity that my window had no view and the nearby roof was crowded with nests of noisy and smelly pigeons. Good final price.

29/12/2024: Simple and well-kept restaurant. Excellent food. Local dishes much appreciated. The lady who follows the tables is simply exceptional. I highly recommend it.
22/11/2024: Ormai siamo clienti abituali in questo ristorante da tanti anni ed ogni volta ci troviamo sempre bene . Prezzi nella media , cibo molto buono, carne tenera e cucina tipica. Complimenti a Benedetta come sempre!
