A very, very good little Italian restaurant. Everything was very good. We ate there bistro style. No fuss, the goal is to eat good Italian food. Very fast service, quality food, exceptional taste. Unbeatable value for money. It was perfect.

Everything was delicious. Small and cozy. 10/10.

This isn't the first time I've visited CESARE to enjoy Campanian mozzarella... But how could I resist the fantastic pasta dishes? All delicious!!! The place is intimate; ideal for a quick stop before a lovely stroll through the historic center of Rome.

A little gem where flavor meets atmosphere Discovering this little place was a real surprise. A cozy, welcoming place with an informal, authentic atmosphere that makes you feel immediately at home. The menu, carefully curated but without frills, offers dishes prepared with fresh ingredients and pairings that surprise with their balance and flavor. Each course exudes passion and attention, from the kitchen to the service. The wine selection is also excellent: you can tell they put a lot of heart and expertise into it. Perfect for both a quiet dinner and an aperitif with friends. The staff is smiling, attentive, but never intrusive. A place that knows how to pamper its guests. I will definitely return... and I happily recommend it!

Disappointed by the lady serving us. Not friendly . But food was ok.

We arrived early, 12:30, and were at the door. It had just opened. They welcomed us warmly. We ordered a caprese salad, which was delicious, a pizza that was also delicious, and the carbonara. If I return to Rome, I will definitely return. And if you're looking to escape the tourist trap, don't hesitate and eat here.

Small little place but serves great food for decent prices!

Scoperto l'ultimo giorno della vacanza, abbiamo preso la carbonara più buona da quando siamo a Roma.. Guanciale croccante e porzioni abbondanti.. Prezzi bassi.. Pizza al padellino top.. CONSIGLIATISSIMO..

Piccolo e simpatico locale. Ci si accomoda su trespoli, originale ma non per tutti. Menu alla carta vario ed interessante, dagli antipasti alle paste. La mozzarella di bufala con le verdure grigliate e fresche, molto buono; gli scialatelli artigianali, buoni, il condimento alla matriciana non granché, il pecorino troppo salato, pomodoro eccessivo. Servizio veloce, costo giusto un ché di troppo.
