The best ice cream shop I've ever tried!

Excellent gelato, always new flavors, compliments to the gelato maker, the only flaw was a skinny blonde lady on the staff... too familiar and I felt embarrassed by the words I used in front of someone I knew... without any excuse, since I came in, said hello and politely asked for gelato... (Phrases like: "I know people like this one, they're all the same, I have tons of examples," or "He can't even make broth," etc.) I didn't say anything because there were other customers and I didn't want to make the owner look bad. I'll gladly eat the gelato if someone else brings it to me because it's worth it, but I won't go in there again.

My boyfriend and I often stop here for an ice cream break, a great and pleasant way to unwind after a long work day. I haven't been able to go there for a while now due to health reasons, but the very sweet and kind Maria Stella (I hope I remember her name correctly) came to cheer me up with my favorite flavor (Dubai chocolate), a penguin magnet that I immediately hung on the refrigerator, and most importantly, she remembered how much I love your large cone and put it in my takeout bag. All topped off with the icing on the cake, the dedication she wrote me, which brought a huge smile to my face 😊 If I already had a great impression of this ice cream shop—I really like the flavors they offer, and the gelato is always fresh, not fake and full of ice like I've found elsewhere—this gesture only confirmed the kindness, friendliness, and professionalism of the staff who work there! 😊 Pictured here, takeout, among my three favorite flavors: Dubai chocolate, hazelnut, and cheesecake. I've been back to get ice cream from you several times... the second to last time I asked for a receipt since I wasn't given one, and today, punctually, it wasn't given... it's not the customer who has to ask for it, it's simply due... we all pay taxes, I don't see why you shouldn't issue receipts since we'd both be liable for fines on top of that. The staff is courteous to anyone who wants it... I don't think you'll see me again...
