There are many flavors and the food is quite good. However, my daughter didn't like it at all because she had asked for a tielle with broccoli and sausage but they hadn't told her that there was chili pepper or because she asked for a tielle with ham and cheese but she discovered that it was one of the very few that had mozzarella instead of cheese.

An institution for us now! Every time you go to Gaeta, a stop for tiella is a must! You sit down, eat a delicious tiella overlooking the sea, drink a beer, and chat with friends... And since we're talking about a no-frills dish, we're only looking for quality, and this is where we find it. If you want gourmet restaurants that will shove 50 grams of frozen food at your fingertips and charge you a salary for it, go elsewhere. Here, only quality, simplicity, and love and dedication are the order of the day. But behind the simple things, there's often a lot of work, and here you can see it in what you eat!

I had lunch here just today after a long walk.

The octopus tiella was spectacular, truly delicious. I also tried the canned version with olives, and the radicchio and gorgonzola, which were also delicious.
The staff were kind, friendly, and helpful.

Positive experience.
A casual, affordable yet professional place with quality food, especially the much-vaunted tielle, filled with excellent ingredients.
It's a shame the octopus-filled ones were sold out...they were obviously good.
The mozzarella in carrozza and the caprese were also a hit.

Ci siamo andati un paio di volte e quindi tornati perchè ci è piaciuta, in particolare quella classica col polpo. Ottima idea per un pranzo veloce a prezzo contenuto, pochi o posti a sedere ma entrambe le volte abbiamo combinato, personale gentile e disponibile
