Mandatory stop during our travels from north to south and vice versa.
Typical environment not very large. Excellent sandwiches with porchetta and sow ham.
The only negative note for me are the prices of the sandwiches and drinks...a little too high.

Excellent quality of products, exceptional sandwiches. The first courses are also very good, prices in line.

Returning from the concert in Rome, we came across this restaurant which offers excellent local dishes and an excellent selection of wines. The umbrichelli and cured meats are delicious, truly special. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming and familiar. At Mastro Norcino at least a quarter! Rock'n'roll!

Excellent products and some very special! For me it's an obligatory stop when I pass through those parts! Very friendly and helpful staff.
After some time, I always confirm it as the TOP in the sector!

Very good products, many of which are produced by them.
Unfortunately the prices are more cobweb-like for tourists, out of market even for local products

Every year, for at least 6/7 years, we stop by for lunch a couple of times. Last Sunday it was over a year. But the quality, goodness and authenticity of the food and the managers have remained intact. Super recommended.
