Quality break with typical Umbrian products! Friendly atmosphere, good and homemade food, excellent value for money!

Mandatory stop during our travels from north to south and vice versa. Typical environment not very large. Excellent sandwiches with porchetta and sow ham. The only negative note for me are the prices of the sandwiches and drinks...a little too high.

Ho ordinato un tagliere, volevo restare leggero... Qualità dei salumi e dei formaggi proposti eccellente. Il posto è facilmente raggiungibile dall'uscita del casello di Orvieto, parcheggio comodo, personale assolutamente gentile, esperienza da approfondire. Bravi!.

An unmissable stop when we go In Umbria and Tuscany. Excellent quality of products, exceptional sandwiches. The first courses are also very good, prices in line.

Returning from the concert in Rome, we came across this restaurant which offers excellent local dishes and an excellent selection of wines. The umbrichelli and cured meats are delicious, truly special. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming and familiar. At Mastro Norcino at least a quarter! Rock'n'roll!

Very good products, many of which are produced by them. Unfortunately the prices are more cobweb-like for tourists, out of market even for local products

Excellent products and some very special! For me it's an obligatory stop when I pass through those parts! Very friendly and helpful staff. After some time, I always confirm it as the TOP in the sector!

Every year, for at least 6/7 years, we stop by for lunch a couple of times. Last Sunday it was over a year. But the quality, goodness and authenticity of the food and the managers have remained intact. Super recommended.

Trattoria Tiberina

02/01/2025: Trattoria, take me away... A little place where chef Rubio would go to jujube soup, this trattoria attached to a bar along Via Tiberina is the ideal place if you are looking for a high-calorie break. We tried some excellent bruschettas and first courses which (despite the abundant quantity of oil used) were in our opinion decidedly interesting. Honorable mention for the hare pappardelle, their strong point, while in the mushroom and truffle fettuccine we had a bit of trouble finding the latter... Fast and friendly service, in this family-run trattoria you can really breathe air of home! Reservation recommended.
30/12/2024: È la seconda oltre che partiamo da Roma per andare in questa trattoria... si mangia benissimo... la pasta e buonissima.. ma soprattutto la faraona alla paesana un sapore unico, cinghiale mondiale... vino della casa buonissimi... e poi vai a pagare .. li ancora una sorpresa molto contenuto. Bravissimi continuate così e non cambiate mai... infatti esempio pieno. COMPLIMENTI
