Dishes are prepared with the highest-quality local produce, all carefully crafted by the owners. The meat is simply extraordinary: tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, each course a unique taste experience. Meticulously presented, generous portions, and always perfectly paired.
The owners are present, kind, and extremely helpful, ready to offer advice and make guests feel at home. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, ideal for both a quiet dinner and a special evening of fine local cuisine. One of those discoveries that makes you want to return often and recommend it to everyone.

A first time that won't be the last!
A homey atmosphere, smiling and courteous staff, truly delicious food (from platters to desserts), with the option of purchasing products at the counter, including vacuum-packed ones, like truffle or wild boar mortadella, or even sour cherry jam. The restroom, though unique, is spotless, with an anteroom and a changing table for those with small children (they even provide diapers!). A truly positive experience. Kudos to those who invested so much love and courage in this business.
Excellent location. Come visit, you won't regret it!
Prices are reasonable, considering the quality of the ingredients.

We stopped here on our way between Orvieto and Bomarzo. The atmosphere is refined, without too many frills, and the service is courteous and unhurried. Homemade pasta dishes are delicious, with generous portions. The platters, both of cured meats and cheeses, are exceptional, freshly prepared with ingredients displayed on the spot.
Off the beaten path, to sample authentic products at a fair price.

The food is good, absolutely. You leave satisfied, but there's room for improvement.
What did I like best? The tripe and porchetta. You eat them, pay, and bless them. But the beans with pork rinds (same price as the tripe) already make you a little jealous, because they're good, sure, but for €12 you expect a nice bowl. That's the point: the quantities (given the price) make you a little jealous. But yes, come and try them. The first courses looked delicious, and the portions were just right.

A pleasant lunch break at Bottega del Mastro Norcino. Upon entering, you can immediately admire their cured meats. You can choose between a sandwich or lunch; I chose lunch. As I sat down at my table, I immediately appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the staff, who were able to recommend the best options for me. Excellent value for money. The cured meats are top-notch!
