13/09/2025: Very nice place, with great music. The staff is kind, polite and very competent. I was able to admire the preparation of my cut of beef 🥩: the chef's delicacy was spectacular. I also assisted in the preparation of an excellent dish of cuttlefish black pasta with mussels and bottarga (it looked really good 👌🏾). A tip: in the evening it would be preferable to use the tablecloth, because the restaurant is not a "napkin". It certainly deserves to be included in the Michelin guide. I also witnessed the making of an outstanding dish of squid ink pasta with mussels and bottarga (it looked absolutely delicious 👌🏾). A suggestion: in the evening, table linen would be more appropriate, as this is not a "placemat" kind of restaurant. It definitely deserves to be included in the Michelin Guide.
