Rizzo (Rice) ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Don’t think of the gelatin gelati rizo flavor found in Korea! I had high expectations, but it just had a creamy taste and nothing special.
Fig + cheese ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Soft and green. You can chew the dried figs in between and it tastes sweet.
Cherry ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The natural taste of the ingredients was preserved and it wasn't an artificial cherry flavor, which was really good!!
The staff was very friendly and I enjoyed my meal.

What a good discovery! I went to La Bottega del Gelato and had a chocolate ice cream and tiramisu. The chocolate one had a super intense flavor and the tiramisu one, although not very noticeable, was creamy, just the way I like it. In addition, the prices are quite good for being in the center of Pisa. The place is small, but the atmosphere is super cozy and the staff is very friendly. If you are in the area, it is a must! I will return without a doubt.

After a walk through the center of Pisa, I stopped with my girlfriend at the Bottega del Gelato for a sweet break: I chose a €3.50 medium cone with three flavors (stracciatella, raspberry and biscuit) and I must say that I was really satisfied. The creamy stracciatella, rich in chocolate flakes, the fresh raspberry and the delicious and well-balanced biscuit, without being too sweet.
The cone was well filled, with generous portions and great texture. The presentation was also refined and the service was kind. An address to note for those looking for a good artisanal ice cream in Pisa without spending too much.

En la tierra natal de los helados, donde espero que todos los helados de las gelaterías sean espectaculares, esto fue de mi agrado - cremoso, salado, y no demasiado dulce.
Ogni volta che passiamo da Pisa, facciamo sempre una sosta jn questa gelateria, per prendere il loro gelato. Ingredienti di qualità e gelati molto gustosi, anche le loro cialde, sono deliziose.
