Anyone in Pisa who wants to eat truly delicious ice cream should definitely visit this place. The prices are reasonable, they have a wide variety, and it's in the city center. I highly recommend it.

First, let me state my tolerance for sweetness in Taiwan: My drinks are absolutely sugar-free, slightly sweet is acceptable, and half-sweet makes me feel slightly nauseous. On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd give this shop an 8, which is relatively sweet. I ordered whipped cream (unfortunately, I can't read Italian), Pistachio, and XXX Florio. Overall, I found it a bit too sweet. However, for my friend's slightly tart fruit flavors, such as cherry and lemon, I thought the sweetness was just right. So, in short, I would recommend fruit-related flavors here; for others, it depends on how much you like "sweetness." The Pistachio was just average. While eating it, there was a slight illusion of eating small grains (actually, there weren't, but I think the stronger the pistachio flavor, the more pronounced the grainy illusion). Personally, I prefer Ah Yang's in Beimen (for Taipei residents' reference).

A great place for authentic Italian gelato! Natural ingredients, unique flavors, and generous portions at a VERY good price. The service is friendly and helpful, and the location—in the heart of the city, near Piazza Garibaldi—makes it the perfect place for a moment of sweet pleasure after visiting the Leaning Tower, Piazza dei Miracoli, or strolling along the Arno River. I highly recommend it!
