In Bologna there is little concept of "oven", as it is understood in other parts of Italy. This shop is a rarity in the city and is of high quality.

I thought there wasn't an unpleasant Bolognese on the planet. Then I entered here and changed my mind: the guy is really very rude and, out of the three times I found him, three times he treated me badly for no reason. But for me this is the best bakery in Bologna, their products are delicious and I will always recommend them. And I will continue to give 5 stars and return (in the hope of finding the lady who is delicious). I especially recommend the biscuits: baci di dama worthy of Piedmont, and then orange, chocolate and salt, seeds + wholemeal above all the others. The savory muffins are excellent. The bread is good. Small shop but with a large quantity of sweets, biscuits and baked goods. Excellent welcome from the staff, absolutely worth trying!
