Four of us went for lunch for a birthday, and we ate for 10. The food was truly excellent, and the service was fast. Make sure you book, though, as it's always busy. I highly recommend it.

A good place, excellent meat in a tavern-like setting. Reasonable prices. Make sure to book in advance otherwise you won't find a table, even on weekdays. It's very crowded. I think I'll go back. Overall, we had a good time.

I returned almost three years after my first visit: I had ordered tortelli mugellani with rooster ragù and duck ragù. I had intended to order half a portion of each, but we didn't understand each other, so I ordered two full portions.
Previously, I had ordered crostini with just the livers, rather than a mix. Unfortunately, I have to say they weren't as memorable as I've had on other occasions, and they were served on crusty bread.
This time, I ordered them with slices of Tuscan bread, but not warm, and they were truly delicious.
Next, I tried the tortelli mugellani with rooster ragù again, and they proved to be delicious (the ones with duck ragù are no longer on the menu).
The restaurant is very popular and has ample parking, the staff is kind and attentive, and the prices are competitive.
If you pass by, stop by without hesitation.

Rustic and very well-kept place.
Today was our first time, recommended by friends, but we'll definitely be back.
Clean place, impeccable service, exceptional raw materials.
As if that weren't enough, excellent value for money.

Luckily, we booked: even though it was Thursday, the place was packed. The atmosphere was traditional and welcoming, with a deli where you can buy local products, just as shown in the photos. We ate lunch outdoors but under a covered structure, so even with a little rain, there were no problems.
The staff was extremely kind and always available to offer advice, with a smile and lots of patience: they guided us through our selection of dishes with passion and expertise, making the experience even more enjoyable.
The appetizer of cured meats, cheeses, and pickles was truly delicious. Among the first courses, the tortelli with cockerel ragù were good, but I personally would have preferred the meat ragù, which was more robust. The tortelli cacio e pepe, on the other hand, were excellent, flavorful and well-balanced. The pappardelle "a modo mio" with tomato, prosciutto, and a touch of spicy sauce were amazing.
The special of the day: fried porcini mushrooms, amazing!!!!
And then... the mascarpone cream! A true explosion of pleasure: soft, velvety, with that enveloping sweetness that wins you over from the first spoonful. The portion is generous, but never tires: every bite is a treat, the perfect ending to a memorable lunch. It's worth the trip alone!

Lungo il ritorno da Roma, optiamo per questo ristorante, sicuri della scelta. Infatti la breve attesa del tavolo è stata ampiamente ripagata. Assolutamente consigliato.
