It's true that booking is difficult, it's always full, and it doesn't accept groups larger than—I think—8-10 people, but I would never dream of penalizing them for this, especially since they apologize profusely every time. Even when they receive compliments from all of us, it's as if it were the first time in a long time (and they receive compliments all the time), and this gives so much value to the individual customer. You can eat very well, but if the human connection is missing, an excellent place is worthless to me. I believe the potato tortelli are the best in all of Mugello, the cured meats are high-quality, often a sore point in even good restaurants, the raw materials are generally high-quality, even the meat in the main courses, all delicious, and the price is excellent. Nice people, excellent restaurant.

We were there on Sunday afternoon, we didn't have a reservation, it was quite crowded, finding a table without a reservation was pure luck. The pasta was fantastic.

Definitely the best place in the area.
A family atmosphere and excellent, traditional cuisine.
It's always best to book well in advance, even if you're just two people, because they're always full, thanks to their long-standing management that never disappoints!
I recommend the mixed antipasto with cured meats, cheese, and crostini, and the inevitable tortello with rooster sauce...a must for me! Their main courses are also excellent.
The owners are very friendly and courteous, but the highlight goes to the wait staff, who welcome, serve, and guide guests with professionalism and kindness from start to finish.
A special mention goes to the waitress Simona, who, in addition to her skill, is also very friendly!
