Everything was excellent! The staff were kind and friendly, the food was delicious, from starters to dessert. The stockfish was well-cooked, and paired well with the fish. It's just a shame we were just passing through. Congratulations!

We had lunch last Tuesday. What can I say? The food, courtesy, service, availability, location, and price were all top notch. Thanks to the staff for their exquisite kindness. Next time we pass through Mammola, it will be a must-visit.

Stockfish dinner, everything excellent, starting with the appetizer with exquisite jams, the stockfish-based first courses, and the dessert. Stockfish in all its forms. The appetizer, featuring fritters and stockfish with beans, is highly recommended. Excellent first courses, in our case, include stroncatura, garlic, oil, chili, stockfish, and ravioli. Those who don't like stockfish can also try other options. Reservations recommended.

Although they boast of offering stockfish in all its forms, they have a lot to learn, especially in product selection. The cod served as a carpaccio was sliced ​​very thickly and tasted stringy. I would have used a gadus macrocephalus to serve raw instead of morua, which is better cooked. Nothing special.

I'm not a fan of stockfish, but all the dishes were excellent. I recommend the appetizer.

Nuovo locale per La Bottega dei sapori sulla piazza principale di Mammola. Arredamento moderno, stile sobrio, grandi finestroni sul verde che danno molta luminosità. Sistemazione ai tavoli (grandi) piacevole. Ampia scelta per un menù a base di stocco. Ma sono previste pietanze alternative allo stocco e anche per i bambini. Evitiamo il pranzo completo saltando l'antipasto, che pure è da provare (carpaccio, frittelle, insalata, polpette, fagioli e tortino tutti a base di stocco). Optiamo per due primi: gnocchi mantecati con stocco e struncatura con stocco, pomodorini, olive e ricotta affumicata. Entrambi i primi speciali. Come secondo scegliamo lo stocco arrosto "gustoso" con funghi porcini, peperoni rossi dolci e patate al forno. Ottimo da leccarsi i baffi. Chiudiamo con una millefoglie alla crema di pistacchio, buonissima. Il tutto accompagnato da un vinello rosato vivace Anfisia, gustoso al palato. Amaro Kaciuto per finire in bellezza. Un pranzo davvero speciale ricco di gusti e sapori e di gran qualità degli ingredienti. Staff gentilissimo e disponibile. Merita il voto più alto.
