We stop by chance for lunch, we only eat second courses of meat with side dishes and local wine (strong and full-bodied). Very helpful and attentive staff. Low prices. From now on it will become an obligatory stop! I update the review: after other visits we tried everything, from the first courses (tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, pecorara gnocchi) to the second courses (lamb with potatoes, Florentine steak, pork rinds with beans, Silana-style veal morsels, etc.) to the dessert. I confirm the 5 stars and of course we will go there again! And while you're there, buy the famous Silane potatoes (better "yellow-fleshed") somewhere, for example at the Pascuzzo brothers' farm!
