A refined restaurant with very elaborate dishes, although sometimes some of the bold ingredients overpower the flavors of others with a slightly more delicate flavor. The service is prompt, courteous, and helpful! Highly recommended!

Enjoyed two great meals here due to the friendly staff and lovely relaxed atmosphere. The menu is extensive offering lots of interesting dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed everything we ordered. Highly recommend :)

Small barrel but excellent flavors. Minimalist location but courteous and efficient staff. A taste of really good crostini followed by a slice of beef cooked rare. Quality meat and very soft to chew. Price in line with the quality of the raw materials.

We are still dining but an immediate review is needed. Small location but very welcoming and well looked after, very kind welcome, moreover they accommodated us even without a reservation. Food of great quality and substance with a wide choice of meat and fish. We took three different dishes, each very particular, and all delicious and with a very balanced taste. Great selection of wines. We are very satisfied and what can I say, we will have to come back here... every 4 months they change the menu offer! Average and accessible prices but superior quality and a lot of professionalism. Compliments. It is worth making a detour from the A1/A2 and stopping at Salvatore's in Cava dei Tirreni to pamper your palate

I had dinner with some colleagues a few days ago, everything was delicious. We took some appetizers (crouton with truffle flakes, montanarine with 3 different flavours, cold cuts and grilled vegetables), all of excellent quality and well cooked. We then continued with a Piacanha in the center served on hot cast iron where, if desired, the cooking could be continued slightly and a Florentine cut steak, again in the centre, to be divided into 4. The meat was spectacular, excellent quality, and despite having eaten a lot no one had digestive difficulties during the night.
We paid €230 for 4 without wine. If I had to choose to eat meat I would definitely come back here.

Easily accessible place. Kindness and helpfulness of the owner. Great selection of wines and more. Care for the ingredient, superfine balance. Sophisticated but familiar context. A real gem. Compliments!!!
