"Italian-style shrinkflaction"!🇮🇹 The first time I took a seat in this romantic place in Appio Claudio I recommended this place to anyone because for 10 euros the offer was a truly rich and delicious aperitif and a wide range of well-constructed drinks. Excellent cuisine (I think of Thai spaghetti as a real delicacy) and even spirits of a certain level and a wide range of botanical gins (my favourite, not surprisingly the Botanist) at popular prices.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Then I returned a couple of years later and for 15 euros (this time) the aperitif was still excellent and plentiful. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I went back a few more times until the last one, I'm afraid, a few days ago, but this time for 15 euros I found the aperitif very, very cheap. I was miserable about it. ⭐⭐⭐ I had the impression that the online menu was also unclear and could at least be improved in form; to give an example, it is written that for 15 euros you can choose classic cocktails but there is no list of these and you have to ask the waiters... but we know that 'verba volant'. There isn't even an adequate description of what the accompaniment to the drink is in order to prevent allergies or intolerances, it's all a bit of imagination and everything plays in favor of indecision with the possibility of surprises at the time of payment. I imagine that gas and electricity may be partly to blame, which have certainly increased... inflation and war in the world and other issues that I certainly cannot imagine. The fact remains, however, that the 'combo' increase in price and shrinkage of the dish has certainly not gone unnoticed and plays to the detriment of the general experience which is losing enthusiasm over time... Do I recommend it? Sure, but ONLY if you have a time machine for 2018! 🤣🤣🤣

Excellent cold cuts and cheese platter in an outdoor setting!

Very nice and welcoming place, suitable for both an aperitif and dinner....The staff is kind and attentive to taking care of the customer down to the smallest details regarding food and cocktails!!! I always go there with my friend and every time we leave satisfied and full 😙😙

I went a few days ago with some friends for an aperitif. Very nice and welcoming environment. I can't say much about the food because we only had some fried foods, but they were good and cocktails too. Friendly and helpful staff.

We can say that the place is very nice and quiet, the staff were kind and attentive, especially Alex who served us throughout the evening. All really good, both food and cocktails. We will definitely return. Emily, Claudia and Ilaria

Very nice place with a fairly extensive menu, slightly above average cocktails of various types. The 10 of us shared 2 platters (classic and vegetarian), 2 cheese and pepper chips, 2 focaccias and a nachos. All very good

Point of reference for the young inhabitants of the area with a large outdoor space and a welcoming and bright interior, as is now the trend. Friendly and courteous staff and good cocktails and food. The only flaw, for which I give 4 stars, is the management of the bill: to pay, a huge queue forms between people inside and outside, perhaps double the tills to offer a more efficient service
