Three stars for the place, which deserves 5. Too bad about the service, terrible. Let me start by saying that we had a Smartbox of tastings and two glasses of wine. We opt for the cutting board, which comes with 4 slices of cheese and 4 apple wedges. Wine is a tear. But the tears don't end there. I said to myself, I'll try to order extra smart boxes, maybe I said to myself the treatment would be better. Worse than a storm, my celiac girlfriend doesn't even offer gluten-free bread at the new extra smart box chopping board. They serve me before her, making a mistake. Very expensive, they didn't tell me anything about the cheeses on the plate, do you want to charge me a lot? Ok, but at least tell me why. Not recommended for Smartbox owners or others. Sorry about the potential of the place

The restaurant is located a few kilometers from the center of Asiago or Gallio. Let me start by saying that we stopped for lunch on a Sunday and therefore I cannot evaluate the rooms and services of the hotel. The restaurant is located in a quiet area but directly overlooking the road that leads to Asiago. It is a beautiful structure, with many details in the wooden furnishings that recall the mountains. The dining room is very large, divided into various rooms, and looked like a wedding favor, full of ornaments and objects. The bathroom is also very clean and furnished in a refined way, which is not to be taken for granted. The staff (particularly the women) dress in typical local clothes, very particular but pleasant. All the staff are very kind and nice to customers. The tables against the walls have upholstered and very comfortable benches. We chose the dishes from a dedicated menu. The courses were well presented and good, in particular the second course (goulash with potatoes) and the dessert (apple strudel with cream, zabaglione and a taste of ice cream) were excellent. The service was fast and impeccable. The hotel/restaurant has free private parking. The entire green area in front of the structure is tidy and well cared for. Parking and access to the property are easy for strollers and wheelchairs.

Excellent experience in every respect! From the courtesy of the staff to the SPA, everything was perfect. The restaurant was also a very pleasant discovery, with truly excellent cuisine: ideal both for those passing through, being just 10 minutes from Asiago, or for those who want to enjoy a moment of relaxation in an excellent 4-star hotel. The SPA is well organized and offers all the comforts necessary for total relaxation. The staff always proved to be polite, professional and attentive to every need. I highly recommend this property, both with and without the Smartbox package!

I went today with my wife. We did a 3 hour entry in the late afternoon. Fantastic, for a couple who want to escape and spend time together it is the ideal place. I gave the rooms 4 stars even though we didn't stay because the staff, the spa, the environment and above all the cleanliness make me think that the rooms are also in line with my opinion. It will certainly be a point of reference to be pampered. Everything was exceptional, day and structure. Compliments.

We stayed at this property for a weekend. We chose a treatment package in my opinion for a great price. The hotel has been present for many years, we have passed by it since we were children and we had never noticed its presence until a friend pointed it out to us. It is in fact located along a well-known and passing road. The restaurant and bar area is a wedding favor. You feel enveloped in continuous pampering. The style is very romantic. Every detail and every corner is well taken care of. The dishes are mainly typical but revisited and plated with great skill. The spa is small but there is everything you need. The rooms feel a little the weight of time but nothing to say.. Comfortable, typical and above all very clean. Excellent service, always attentive and helpful. The family management made us feel at home. Special thanks to Sandro and Lara and all the rest of the staff. We will definitely come back to visit you.

We went this Sunday/Monday through the Wonderbox box set and it was a really nice discovery! A truly fairytale place. If you want to spend magical moments of relaxation this is the ideal place. Highly recommended especially for couples

Absolutely recommended! Very friendly and welcoming staff and owners, simple but efficient spa and wellness center service, we had dinner at the hotel restaurant and were pleasantly satisfied, excellent raw materials and flavours, clean and very particular room with the bed on the mezzanine.

Ho colto l'occasione di usufruire un buono in questo Ristorante per un Pranzo di coppia. Location piacevolissima in una zona tranquilla, gli interni pieni di particolari e tutto ben curato crea un'atmosfera unica del suo genere sia all'interno del Ristorante che in tutta la struttura del centro benessere. Abbiamo scelto uno dei due menú che ci hanno proposto per il buono e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti dei piatti. Molto buoni e ben presentati. Forse le porzioni leggermente contenute ma nell'insieme tutto eccellente. Ho molto apprezzato il fatto che propongono prodotti tipici dell'altopiano dai piú svariati come i formaggi ecc.. Ma non solo altopiano ma anche prodotti locali riguardanti il le zone vicentine. Prezzi nella media considerando la qualità. Unico cavillo che mi sembra di evidenziare é stato il servizio, dall'accoglienza, all'assistenza al cliente, nella cordialità che non sempre spiccava e nella scelta dei piatti soprattutto per intolleranti e nella spiegazione di quest'ultimi che non hanno rispecchiato e dato onore ai piatti presentati.
