Excellent quality meat. They don't have anything else like it. If you're in the area and love meat...try the Fiorentina steak!

They offered a Florentine steak and brought a rib-eye steak. They added olive oil to the truffle... The service took a very long time. It's not worth it.

What can I say? I had a wonderful time. My only regret is that I was rushed because of the storm. Attentive and meticulous service, excellent meat, and a good price (I chose the steak-only menu, which I highly recommend). I'm not from around here, otherwise I'd go back often!

Magnifique ! Ce restaurant nous a été recommandé par notre hôte. C'était juste fabuleux. Les trois tartares de viande en entrée étaient extras, et la viande... Excellente !!! Nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse en soirée qqn qui chantait au coin de la rue. Nous en garderons un magnifique souvenir.

A lovely restaurant in the center of San Miniato. We ate very well. The portions are generous (the tartare appetizer is almost the size of a main course) and well-prepared. The waitress who served us was very professional and lively (and spoke excellent English, by the way). We'll definitely be back.

Menu ciccia al tartufo. Tartare molto buona con abbondante tartufo nero estivo. Bistecca da 1,2 kg trattata in cottura benissimo e presentata al tavolo su pietra lavica calda e non rovente in modo che non si raffreddi, ma che non continui a cuocere.Tartufo nero estivo abbondante anche sulla bistecca. Vino 2 calici molto buono. Prezzo eccessivo! 75,00 euro da solo

19/09/2025: We've been guests at this restaurant for several years. The food is always very good and reasonably priced. The restaurant is well-maintained and clean. The view—especially at sunset—is indescribable. But the service has deteriorated—worth at most one star. While friendly, a server occasionally comes to the table to take our order. Unfortunately, that's very, very rare these days. The last time (September 19, 2025), no one came by for more than an hour and a half after the main course was served, to order drinks or desserts, or even to clear the table. We just paid and left.
